Oh Guerlain, you always know the way to a woman's heart, be it with your makeup, skin care, or perfumes. I got Clair as I have pale olive skin, and I am obsessed. This gives the perfect lit from within glow! It feels so silky, creamy and smooth, and it does not dry my already dry skin out or make me look flat/dull like many powders do. It does not emphasize my pores, it doesn't give an off color to my complexion, and it doesn't make my skin feel tight either. This is such a true JOY to use! I use my Chikuhodo Z1 to apply it globally, and my Z4 to use it more concentrated as a very soft highlight. It gives you the most natural glow you could imagine, but better. A pretty, luxurious container of Photoshop! This smells absolutely divine as well- it smells just as luxurious as it looks and feels, like powdery, soft Violet. It is very reminiscent of the Meteorites edt, but more soliflore. Heavenly to use, smell, and experience! It is truly a joy to use! The container is incredible itself too- very high quality, it stays shut, and the little puff that comes with it helps keep the pearls in place during travel. Every makeup lover needs to experience this product!

First, I just want to say that I so wish we could purchase less costly (cheap plastic packaging) "refill pearls" for these products as the packaging is pretty lush and certainly easily refillable and reusable and saving a few bucks (or maybe more than a few) is something I'd sure appreciate. I finally treated myself to these iconic beads in 02/Clair. All I can say is that these do not disappoint and I only wish I hadn't spent a sizable amount already on Hourglass Ambient Light powders and Dior Rose Diamond (I was desperate to get another one before they were discontinued). Those are all nice products and good quality and give a lovely finish to the skin but they pale by comparison to the Meteorites. I think these will replace the other products I mentioned. I much prefer the glowing but natural results I get with Meteorites.
