I bought this by accident. I thought this eye shadow was the more flesh toned shade (actually RSVP, which I bought later, when I realized my “mistake”). It was a very happy accident because Birthday Suit is a beautiful light taupe shade that I really love. As with all the Benefit CCE’s, if you want to avoid creasing, it’s wise to apply a thin layer first and let it set for 30 seconds and then apply a 2nd layer. Very easy colour to wear!

Temptalia Review

Benefit Birthday Suit Creaseless Cream Shadow ($20.00 for 0.16 oz.) is described as a “brushed chrome.” It’s a warm, bronzy brown with a hint of gray; that tint is really only apparent when it is worn at full opacity, but the sheerer you wear it, the warmer and browner it appears. bareMinerals First Class is very similar in color but is a powder product. Urban Decay Muai Wowie is lighter, more golden (and a powder product, to boot!). Make Up For Ever #15 is much redder in tone.
