Loving the hair, both the warmth in color as well as the style. The eyeliner is a little thick for my taste, though.

i blame the stylists. celebrities rely on artists expertise, so if they are mediocre, well...consider the source. from the neck up, i think p was done a disservice. too much hard and lifeless eyemakeup. gah! not enough color (even if subtle) in the face to compliment her lighted smile. (her best accessory) hair is super dull and those typical hair streaks from the block got to go! i would've returned p to her natural (single) hair color + given her a deep condition. then a shiny, straight and sleek or polished 40's do would've suited this look best!

She looks fabulous except for the thick liner on the inner corners. I'll bet she got the little crusties in there within a couple of minutes.
Oooo I am loving those heels! Just doesn't suit the dress IMO.

I don't know about her hair. Everyone's raving about it but truly I think she just looks like she hasn't gone to the salon to get her roots done. Am I the only one seeing the 2 inches of regrowth!?
Everything about her look is fabulous to me except the length of the dress. She is absolutely gorgeous as usual (what a smile!). But the length is just...mumsy! It's got to be at/above the knee or floor-length. This halfway length stubs her legs out.

She's so classy. I agree about the dress though. I feel like if it'd been floor length, it would have been more appropriate for the occasion.
Penelope looks much better at this award show. No wet eyeliner! I like how thick it is from afar as Valene said. I kinda like it up close too, although a bit too much on the inner corner of the left eye. My friend's mom used to say if you wore eyeliner on the top and bottom that you looked like a hooker, oh the memories. Her hair does look lovely and I like the dress.
The dress is nice, just nothing super special. I like a lil more glam and drama on the red carpet. I'd wear that to a holiday office party, not an award show. Ignoring that though, she does look sexy and sophisticated. I love the shoes. You were totally right about the hair, it's devine! I think the lip colour was a great choice for her skintone. As for the eyes, sure, the liner is a lil on the thick side, but I kinda like that, especially since the eyeshadow look is very subtle. I think the liner makes her eyes look POW! and amazing in the full body shot, even though I can see how some will think it's a lil much in the close up.
