i was just thinking that! total droopy eye.. i find it much too heavy and sloppy. on the other hand, her skin looks luminous, and her dress, shoes and earrings are very pretty!
She has a natural droopy eye. They even made her look like that on South Park.

There has always been a rumor that Paris has a lazy eye so it could be that. If not the lash definately looks weird, you can tell in both pictures, otherwise I like everything about it.
It definitely looks like the one lash isn’t applied right or it’s further out than the other – it’s not really the actual eye, there’s something up with the lash, I swear!

Its explained here, something to do with color contacts making a droopy eye worse. So the lashes probably don’t sit right anyway.
In the close-up, it really looks more like the lash is coming off, IMO!
She looks like she’s glowing but I wish her eye makeup made her eyes look larger not smaller!

I would love, just one time, to see her with her natural eye colour (which is brown) and without the ridiculously over the top dark eyeliner and lashes! I bet she’d look way more awake and pretty! Her face is pretty interesting looking (in my opinion), and the squinty-eye look is doing nothing for her.
As for her dress, shoes and accessories, I actually really like them!

yep the lashes look weird and her foundation on her face doesnt match her neck all that well
too much eye make-up.. the shoes are also not the right ones for this dress.. but rest is gorgeous!
I had exactly the same thought when I first saw these pictures!the lashes seem to have been done in a hurry…

I think she looks lumious and classy! Lindsay Lohan could take a lesson from Paris. Paris dropped out of the limelight for a few years and is now looking better than she ever has. Good for her!

Paris Hilton has a lazy eye, that’s why it looks all off. It’s pretty blatant whenever you see any photo of her or when she’s giving an interview, etc.
Is there a RIGHT way to apply falsies when you have a lazy eye?
ive never been a fan of paris hilton. she always wears the same type of stuff. and her dress looks more like something a playboy model would wear.
I like her makeup the eyeshadow colors are interesting.
