Happy Sunday!

I don’t know what the weather is like in your part of the world right now, but here where I’m at, it feels like fall!  I put on a long-sleeved shirt for the first time in months, as the weather had a very gloomy, crisp look (and feel, once I went out) this morning.   I just got back from getting coffee, Mellan’s curled up behind me (which means, I’ll be curling up next to him for at least five minutes after this post), and I’m ready to make this a very productive day.  Hope you have a lovely Sunday! :)

Gray can be a very versatile shade to have in one’s stash, as it can be used to darken (without overwhelming, like a black eyeshadow might) any shade, but it can also be used to add depth and dimension. What are your favorite grays?

  1. Makeup Geek Galaxy — a medium-dark, shimmery gray
  2. Urban Decay Desperation — a medium-dark, lightly shimmered gray with warm undertones
  3. MAC Typographic — a matte, medium gray
  4. MAC Nehru — a matte, medium-dark gray with cooler undertones
  5. Inglot #451 — a shimmery, cool-toned gray

Temptalia Asks You

Have you used a BB or CC Cream before? How did you use it? Did it replace any other products you used to use? Share!

Temptalia's AnswerI have used them before, but I usually used them more as tinted moisturizers than as a replacement for moisturizer or primer (though I don’t typically wear primer, so if it acted as a primer as well, it would be doing double-duty there).

Thanks to reader Jillann for today’s question idea Do you have a question idea? Submit yours here.
