Congratulations to Virginia! Virginia is the recipient of the Readers’ Choice Award for our October 2007 Halloween contest. She won $30 worth of beauty products (Napoleon Perdis’ products!). She had the most votes (113) at the close of the contest. Thank you to all that voted, and an enormous thank you, again, to all of our participants!
