Introducing The Garden, OCC’s S/S 2012 Colour Collection. Spring has sprung at OCC and hidden among the lilacs and pansies is a different shade of floral. Inspired by psychotropic and poisonous plants, this collection turns traditional spring pastels upside down, injecting them with hallucinatory notes of nearly-neon vibrancy. Mixed in are more subtle neutral lip shades, meant to be paired with a dizzying flash of color on the eyes, in this garden of earthly (and unearthly) delights.

new packaging on the lip tars?! if so this is amazing. the lipgloss style applicators never really worked for the product and were so messy!

the more i think about the "theme" for this launch in combination with the current and previous OCC lip tar color offerings, what i think this collection is REALLY missing and needs to bring it alive is a pale, pale yellow.
Pretty colours! I love lip tars, but for some reason some of mine have oil separation. Are there ways to prevent this? I periodically change their position but eventually the inevitable happens :( Maybe it just means I have to wear them more often!
They will always separate because of the high concentration of pigments in the product. Just keep rotating their positions.
I was all excited I finally got all the ones I wanted and now they bring out these badboys?!? I'm gonna be so broke
i have been axiously awaiting for this preview for weeks now. while i am very happy to see more purples, i am TOTALLY underwhelmed overall:( going with the seemingly apparent easter them...i am a sad buuny.
Chlorophyll, Belladonna, Baby Woodrose and Kava Kava look pretty to me. I love teals.
TEAL lip tar? That might just be a must buy just for the daring. :D

I've been on the verge of giving up Lip Tars forever (too much bleeding and migrating on me) but that Baby Woodrose is so pretty!

I have four liptars and im obsessed! I definitely need these, especially belladonna.
I wonder how penny royal compares to analog. I'll likely go with that color and belladonna.
GAH! For some reason I just can NOT get into lip tars! I own like 7 of them and don't think I've ever worn a color out of the house. I just feel like they transfer and slip around way too much, even though the color tends to mostly stay put. That being said, Belladonna is right up my alley. I would love it if MAC came out with this kind of pure mid-tone purple in a matte lipstick. A girl can dream...
Have you tried applying less? They're so pigmented that it's easy to get too much, so you'll get the slip, but maybe if you pat it on or use a lip brush it would help? Not sure if you have tried that yet :)
In April MAC is coming out with a lipstick called Heroine, it's a bright violet plum...matte of course! I need Belladonna and Ophelia right now!
my suggestion is to use VERY little and apply it with a brush. you really only need a tiny bit of lip tar to cover your whole lip!

Ugh, I absolutely do not like these .. it's like liquid lipstick .. bleck. Ladies love 'em though .. I must be a minority :-P
that's exactly what it is! lol a lip brush makes applying lip tars sooooo much easier. A lip brush and a drop of color no bigger than a #2 pencil eraser. (maybe even less?)
Definitely Easter shades. lol Nothing I would pick up those but I love the shades Chlorophyll.
I want them all apart from pennyroyal, but i get the feeling ophelia is a dupe for Vapid.
