Hi everyone! I just wanted to do a quick post to let you all know Pursebuzz arrived safe & sound bright and early yesterday morning! We weren’t able to check into our hotel (the lovely Waldorf Astoria) at 7am, but we totally ransacked their parlor (aka the bathroom) to get ready for the day and made it our living quarters for an hour as we did makeup and hair.

Yesterday, we met up with Koren (EnKore Makeup) for coffee and breakfast, and then all three of us headed down to MAC PRO via the subway (!!). I’m from California, so public transportation is low on the list of things to-do, so this was my first time on the NY subway system. My first subway experience was in D.C. just three years ago or so! With Koren as our guide, we totally made it to MAC PRO on time and ready for the meet & greet.

I want to give a huge, huge thank you for everyone who turned out at the meet & greet! It was really exciting to meet everyone and talk shop. It’s really flattering and feels like a total honor to be able to interact with my readers on a one-on-one basis. Those kinds of experiences are just SO rewarding and make me so happy to have started this blog! I also want to shout out and thank Bradford, MAC PRO’s Manager, for letting us use the facilities and giving us a super informative tour and background to MAC PRO! (Pictures are forthcoming, I promise!) Makeup artist Christopher Drummond also stopped by MAC PRO to meet up with us!

We totally got lost later on when we were trying to take the subway to some events we had planned, which resulted us in being so late that we missed our appointment! We made the best of it, and we ended up at Times Square with Koren (my first time there, yay!). We spent most of our time at Sephora, oogling over all of the products. After that, Pursebuzz and I got some pizza and Starbucks, headed back to the hotel, and tried not to fall asleep in the cab

Now we are off to start Sunday! We’re hoping to get some pictures and more posts up tonight Hope you are all having a fabulous weekend!!
