She looks so, so tiny in that dress… I can’t get over it! Her lashes look HUGE (obviously, they’re false, I know that!!).

miley cyrus look's fab, love the dress. i loved it so much that getting one for familey friend wedding but shorterand different fabric for the bottom. but not a fan of hannah montana, but love her all songs she's made as hannah and miley.
Dress: soft & pretty and she looks great in it. Makeup: it looks good, but her eyes get lost with that black liner on the waterline. She's got gorgeous big blue eyes, why not show them off by opting for white liner on the waterline instead?

Hey, I LOVED Miley's dress from the Oscars. I and desperate to find a similar dress for prom (hopefully the same color and inexpensive). If anyone has any suggestions, that would be GREATLY appreciated!!

I think that the dress would not cause as much controversy if the corset didn't have frilly seams on the cups. That part's a little trashy. Personally, I just wouldda had the top cut into a sweetheart neckline with less obvious cups and no seams, and instead of the frill on the neckline, another satin strip the color of the chiffon on the bottom. That would have been simpler, prettier and more tasteful. Other than that, LOVE her look!!!

i thought she looked great.. she didnt try to over do it. her dress wasnt amazing but it wasnt too outrageous. and her makeup looked good too. so what if her eyelashes were fake, they look pretty. her dress looked good on her. i think she pulled it off for being only 17.

she looks lovely, but that look is very classic. it would be perfect for someone older like JLO, Sandra Bullock or Demi Moore. She's so young, she should wear something with bright colors, something which is a little crazy (no, not like lady gaga).
she looks very pretty... the makeup and dress. Everything is put together and i love how her eyes always stands out. s/n: i was a little bother by the fact that a lot of people always try to put her down. why can't females just compliment w/o extras like the " i dont like her but ..".. also why isnt she deserving to be there she obviously worked her butt off to be so young.. tv shows ...movies.. concerts...and albums.. give her a lil credit for her age she probably did more than some of those actress and actor there.

I think that dress is just lovely, and the makeup overall is quite nice. The lashes are TOO much though. I wish ladies would stop going out with these freaking drag queen lashes, it's just not a look that anyone aside from a drag queen can rock. I don't think that people should look at you and immediately go, "Holy cow those lashes are crazy" lol. It should probably be something more like, "Wow she looks pretty!".

I'm usually not a huge fan of Miley either but i think her hair looks great here compared to when she wears it down. Also I don't think the dress ages her at all and it makes her look quite tall.
I love the dress, this is what is closest to what I would choose, very nice! Especially the lower part, love the glittery stuff ^^ Her eyes look nice too, though I wouldn't have used such big false lashes.
