Lingerie de Peau BB Cream SPF 30

Review posted 2 years ago

This is perfection in a BB Cream for Westerner skins. I tried nearly a dozen of BB creams and now I can't leave the house without it. The shade Light is a bit darker than my skintone (I'm more NC/NW 10 and it looks like NC/NW 15 or 20) and the coverage is medium. It’s easy to apply, spread and blend easily and it does build to medium-high coverage and covers my natural redness, freckles, acne/post-acne marks, reduce pore size and evens out my skin tone overall. it is very comfortable to wear and it doesn’t feel heavy or mask-like : it hydrates a lot, even for a BB cream. The finish is dewy and I personally like to set it with a powder On my normal to combination skin it wears all day like this.

The only one 24/7 pencil that doesn't want to stay in place. Every other that I own is truly long-wearing and this one migrates like crazy ! But as the color is so pretty, it is worth the maintenance.

I have a normal-to-combination skin and my biggest problem is dehydration. It is mattifying but it keeps my skin hydrated and it extend the wearing time of my foundation, even during photoshoots and hot days.

Call Me Bubbles

Simply one of my best beauty purchase. I'm a sucker for oranges and this quad contains some of the best eyeshadows I have from MAC. All the colors work well together : I have brown eyes and any look with them give me a more awake look. They last well on my eyelids, so I easily reach for this quad when I know I will have a long day. The only "downside" for me is the shade Call me Bubbles : as I have a very fair skin, it doesn't show well on me, but it is still a nice and discreet highlighter.
