Marion Cotillard @ 2010 SAG Awards
I like her dress — it has style and something different to it, but it’s still nice on her. Makeup is nice as usual for Marion, too!
Hair How-to
Marion Cotillard’s romantic, somewhat retro hair look for the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards, created by celebrity stylist Robert Vetica, was the perfect accent for the dramatic short white dress that she wore.
The look was a creative mix of ultra-smooth, shiny texture with a deconstructed, somewhat messy bun. Rich, silky shine and smooth texture was essential to the success of the look, explained Vetica.
“I started by applying Moroccanoil® Treatment on wet hair to give the maximum shine possible and an easy blow-dry. Next, I applied Moroccanoil® Hydrating Cream, for definition and soft hold, and created a low side part. I then pin-curled the sides toward the direction the face, and then pin-curled another section in the back to give hair added movement.
Once the hair was dry, I brushed it out, took the full length of hair and made a ponytail. Next, I wrapped a million dollar emerald and diamond bracelet from Chopard around the base of the ponytail, and pinned it strategically into a messy bun.
I finished the look with a light misting of Moroccanoil® Glimmer Shine Spray to give hair a luminous finish that would last throughout the evening.

See her dress!

Ring+eye make-up matches her eye-colour. Great. Dress also great, but I hate these hideous platform pumps.
Love everything except the dress. All it needs is a swan head draped over her shoulder and it would like like Bjork's horrifying swan dress.
omg she blew this one imo...she's an a++ from the waist up (sooo gorgeous), but feathers to an event like this is a no-no & the shoes don't look great with it. but hay, shes a frenchie they can be a bit strange with fashion
I love everything about this look except for the crazy shoulder pad. In the closeups her eye makeup is gorgeous. A teal shadow that goes fab with her eyes. I'm hoping we'll get makeup breakdowns like we got for the Globes.
Marion can pull off pretty much ANYTHING. I can't say I have ever had a "favorite" actress. (Mostly because I'm too busy being interested in the men *coughcough* LOL) But I am truly envious of her classic elegance. She's stunning!
I would LOVE the dress if she got rid of the bubble wrap on it! The makeup is pretty, but I would have gone for more color in the cheeks...
The makeup is straight from fall 2010 runways from last year. It suits her though. The dress looks like a bedazzled towel.
I think her makeup is perfect for her, the eyes are soft and smokey and the glossy lip is lovely. All the colours go flawlessly with her skintone. Not feeling the dress, mostly because of the thick bulky looking shoulder. The shoes are cute, but not cutting it for me, not at this event and not with that dress. I do like the lil clutch.
I love the playfulness of her dress. Although it's a bit reminiscent of a showgirl, to me at least. I like her makeup and the sheer glossiness of her lips.
Awe Her Dress is Gorgeous <3 It make up and Hair excellent shoes are cute but NOT for this Look oxox
