The incomparable Cruella De Vil and Snow White’s Evil Queen are dazzlingly devilish; Sleeping Beauty’s Maleficent and The Princess and the Frog’s DR. FACILIER, both up to no good on their own. I’m so disappointed…
My wallet is happy though. Dr. Facilier? Really? I LOVED him in the movie, and Disney villains are my favorite, but I guess I was hoping for some more “classics”. Oh, and Hades…. come on! He runs the underworld!!!!!!!! Sigh. Oh well.
all the colors are not that exciting but i know i’ll be a sucker for it if it has a great packaging.
Damn them I’m going to have to get Briar Rose because of the name and I want to check out the magically cool liquid powder because I have no idea what that means, other than that I think I can live without most of it.
This collection has become the biggest letdown for me… I have been looking forward to it for so long and its just boring and cheap… not pleased at all…
I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw the list of products. I was scared for having TWO HUGE collection one month after another.
I’m glad it’s not a terribly huge collection because I really wanted to spend on the Fabulous Felines Collection more. Please say this is the final list of products for the collection!
Based on the descriptions, the colours don’t sound too original. I’m really in for colour and quality than packaging!

Pffttt, I kinda laughed when I saw him on the packaging, interesting, he didn’t seem like the type to be found on lipstick, oh well. But, the Doc isn’t too happy about being stuck on a lipstick tube himself, of being FOUND on it more like it. Not that he told me or anything because I mean that would be crazy right? Naw, more like I think if he could say anything about it he wouldn’t like it…you know you can ignore this one right?

Oh man I think I’m gonna have to skip out of IMATS, and only get the BOS III from UD and then no more makeup buying cause if the colors are as awesome as they sound I want so much of this! Plus Disney Villians are awesome! I wish they’d done Ursula though or Scar, there are some awesome villians.
i was soo excited for this collection. still am, but the few pics i’ve seen of the packaging is definitely a let down. it looks like just the villain’s pictures on the top of the compacts. but i’m still saving for a few things haha
Was prepared to buy a lot of stuff from this collection but I got a little deflated after reading this, maybe because there are no accompanying pictures. When I saw the packaging, got all the more disappointed. It looks cheap. Oh well, I’m just hoping that seeing the items in person would change my mind.

i’m struggling with this … the colors are not so interesting, but i love the names. i don’t really like the packaging but i’m still anxious for it to come out. i’m waiting for you pictures to come up, maybe that’ll change my mind. i really wished the pictures were perhaps the sketches of it. it would have made it seem less kiddy. but i can see why they put the versions they have up. it really emphasis and compliments the colors of the characters.

I don’t know why everyone is saying the packaging stinks. I think it’s awesome & creative. I’m not one that just buys stuff for the packaging anyhow. I think that is pretty lame to be honest. I do like only a few items from this collection, thank goodness. I honestly thought it would be a much larger collection with more lipsticks to chose from. I can’t wait to see the actual promotional pictures & find out what Christine recommends.

Oh, I found two pictures online and I didn’t care for the packaging much either. I guess I’ll have to see it in person before I decide either way. i think the liquid powder is going to be like a foundation and when applied like a powder finish.

I’ve also seen sneak peeks. The colors that I DID see look nice but the packaging is such a downer. I wish it was more whimsical, but hey, I guess MAC got lazy or something.

Why is everything a dollar more for this collection than what it usually is? Ex) E/s, usually 14.50, and then up there it says 15.50. And the Lipstick and lipglasses are usually 14 and it says 15?

I could do better with my own disney stickers.. e.g. snow white on my frosty and highlighter shades, and one of those villains on my darker, mystic shades.

The packaging is absolutely horrendous. So much so that I might even skip out on a few of the things I was gonna buy, yuck.

I am very excited that most of these lipsticks are Amplified, my favorite kind! I’m also excited about the navy/green shadow duo, as well as the De-vil and Sinister shadows! Overall the colors seem very fall, deep rich hues with a lot of pop for the lips. I was hoping for a very cool sketch-like interpretation of the Disney characters on the packaging instead of just a plain sticker… But I will definitely splurge, the colors are what you see at the end right?
I’m really, really disappointed in this packaging. It looks like something I had when I was 7. I expected way more out of the artists at Disney, not to mention MAC…I LOVE disney, this should be a little gothic (villans) maybe Anna Sui esq? some of the colors sound good, I’ll wait until you swatch some and see what to pick up! Definitely not going crazy like I did for ‘To The Beach’

I normally love MAC’s LE collections, but the packaging looks a little too childish to me…bring back Liberty of London-esque packaging! Kind or reminds me of the play makeup I had as a kid haha

Super tacky packaging. After the very cool teaser video, what a disappointment to see such childish packaging! This collection has gone from a must-buy to a “the products will have to be amazing and unique before I will buy.”
Black packaging with a boring portrait of each character? HOW BORING. The packaging should atleast have a unique color background that remind us of the characters. Look-wise, I’m not digging it; they look like them cheapo cosmetic stuff from Claire’s for little girls.

im not really excited. I mean really .. what can mac possibly come out with that i either don’t have or hasn’t been done before and instead glamorize it’s image by repackage the products that are either “similiar” or is a permanent. This is an easy pass with a lot of “yawning” in between.
The descriptions and the idea of teaming up with disney are so nice and tempting! But the packaging sadly turns out to looks like fake makeup i played with when i was a kid
The nail lacquers sound interesting – can’t wait to see them. Other than that, there’s only really Bite of an Apple and possible the Evil Queen’s purple eyeshadows that interest me. Really not keen on the packaging though – looks like kids’ makeup from the market.

I think i am the only one but a really like the packaging because it’s represent the real image of the villains that scares me when I was a child so for me the packaging represents the memories of my childhood and i like this feeling

They probably went up knowing MAC. Their prices have been steadily going up. I am dissapointed because MAC is raising their prices because they know people are addicted to these collections being released, not because their quality is increasing.

Ah I expected better packaging for this collection since it is Disney Villains.
Im really surprised that this is getting so many negative comments! I am totally loving these! I would get them just for the pictures on the compacts themselves, too cute!I cannot wait to see all of it!

The packaging looks like stickers and the prices increased…. Do u know if these prices are just for this collection or are these new MAC prices?

I love pretty packaging as much as the next girl, but when push comes to shove, it’s all about the product. I see a lot of cool stuff in this collection and I’m very excited about it!
OMG. This has to be the worst packaging ever. I was really expecting MAC to make it so much more classier. The annoying thing is that there are a lot of products from the collection that I like but they will all look ugly in the casing. I think, for the 1st time ever, I’ll have to depot everything.
Products sound interesting but packaging is definitely a big thumbs down.
I agree with whomever said it is up to Disney to allow the use of their characters. There is probably only so much MAC can do in this case. The packaging isn’t too terrible, not what I had hoped, but whatever. That should not be anyone’s first reason for buying a good product or color. Saying that I would love to see a picture of heartless lipstick. That is the only thing really calling my name at the moment.
