HATE the packagin! But the products seems to be amazing!
OMG! can not wait for this! i love the colours, love the surf theme (i’m in love with surfing, love the packaging! i’m most looking forward to the coral blush with the gold flower emboss and the stackable glitters! I’ve already started saving money for this, i’m gunna be so broke this summer. i think this is much better than the to the beach collection last year. so excited!!
Isn’t there supposed to blush sticks also?

I’m thrilled that they’re bringing back Suntints, but not my two favorite shades, Just a Smidge & Moist Plum
. I think this is a fun collection, but the fact that I’m not crazy about the packaging will save me a lot of money. I think the eye shadows & nail lacquers are cute, but I don’t care for the yellow & gray stripes on other products. I’m also wondering why everything seems to be a dollar more?
Fortunately, this is already available in Germany! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!
Unless it’s really fabulous in “real life”, I have to say I’m a bit underwhelmed by this collection. And the models in that photo look SICK….I don’t mean good “sick”, like the teenagers say, but plain old icky, pasty-skinned SICK sick!

This stuff looks lovely, but I’m gonna wait for swatches before I decide to get anything. The lip balms catch my interest the most, oddly enough!
I think that the Hibiscus blush will be the most sought-after item in this collection.
Oh, and I LOVE the packaging, by the way. The whole surf theme is adorable!

i really dislike the packaging, in my opinion it looks cheap and just ugly, i really wanted to like it because i havent liked a mac collection in a long time
I feel the opposite way… I don’t like ANYTHING in this collection.
hate the packaging. only thing i like the look of are the liquid lipbalm tubes. and the bronze sticks are a blatent rip off of nars multiples.
The only thing I am planning on buying from this collection is the Bust Out! lipstick. Can never have enough purple lippies in my opinion. ;-D

This collection looks amazing!!! While I’m not crazy about the packaging, the products themselves look pretty unique. The products I’m most curious to see are the Surf, Baby! Cheek Powder, Hibiscus Lipstick, and the Skinsheen Bronzer Sticks
The photoshoot is definitely a turn-off. At least, they could have given her some sexy lingerie ..i can’t see any effect of this collection on her face, besides making her look awful!

“commotion to the ocean”?? Even if I didn’t think MAC was wildly over-rated (which it is) and obscenely overpriced (which it is), and even if I didn’t find most of this collection hideous, that would be enough to keep me from buying it. It might even be enough to keep me from buying anything MAC again. Ugh.

Hey everyone! Are the Lip Tints Stains or just regular Lipbalms?
I have to say I really dislike the packaging. The only product I find appealing is the cheek powder with the hibiscus flower on it. That’s cute!
I’m quite excited about the Suntints. I’ve been having a lot of trouble finding a good tinted lipbalm/gloss with SPF. Especially with the ridiculously strict regulations in Canada, lots of products containing SPF that are released in the States aren’t released in Canada.
Definitely checking these out!
I think I’m loving the pigment stacks. Those look gorgeous! Looks like Refined Golden is in the collection (same as last summer) and Solar Riche is a repromote? I think I’ve seen it before. Oo. A yellow eyeshadow. Those are difficult to find. Wonder how the pigmentation will be like.

I live at the beach on the weekends and have been looking for a lip product that has at least 20 spf and looks pretty. I am tired of the sunscreen sticks that are like chapstick. MAC answered my prayers with 20spf on their new lip balms. I will buy them all!!! Thank you MAC!!!!!!!!!!!

I just found out that the Surf Baby Collection will come out next Monay (2. Mai) here in Switzerland. The funny thing is, that Flightly will not be released until June and Fashion Flower until July. I don’t understand what MAC is doing here.
Not too crazy about this one. I deffinately preferred To the Beach last year. It was so bright and colorful. This is so… muted. MAC needs to put out more limited edition MSFs!!!

The blush with the overspray, purely because I think it’ll sell out/get hyped and I don’t wanna find myself suddenly lusting after *another* sold out item, haha. If I don’t like it I’ll just sell it.
The teal eyeshadow, because I’m a sucker for teals and I heard some good things about it.
The coral and violet lippies, because I just really liked the look of them

A MUA sold me today Hibiscus lipstick. this lippie is GORGEOUSSSSSSSSSSSS… As I spent a loooooot of money (and my Credit Card hates me a lot), she sold me today rather than tomorrow. Ok. I think the collection looks fun and I will get some pieces. But the photo of the Blonde Surfer Girl with the two boys. Her make up makes her look cross-eyed with the lighting in the shot. That or she has fake eye balls or something. I just looks wrong. Other than than beautiful photo.
