Hm, highlighter? Petticoat is pinkish, so I think you might find it gives you some color, not just highlighting (from what I remember). But it might be so subtle it’d still work as a highlighter.

Ooh, can’t wait for the MSFs! Would Petticoat be a good highlighter for NC30? Or would Soft & Gentle be a better choice?
