Light Affair Nail Lacquer
MAC Love Lace Collection: Light Affair Nail Lacquer
The final product I’m reviewing from MAC’s Love Lace Collection is a new, limited edition shade of nail lacquer. Light Affair is a creamy, pale gray with a touch of lilac/purple. It’s cool-toned, and it looks quite pale against my skin tone. I really just want to call it a lilac-y gray, but it doesn’t really have that much lilac in it. It’s an interesting shade–it’s a much, much paler and lighter version of Cool Reserve from fall.

I love this polish!! I have about 3/4 left. I hope they release it again something before I run out! (:
I can see you calling it a lilac-y shade..but i think of it as a grayish-taupe...i love love love this shade...i do not wear nail polish on my nails but i have finally found my exception...i am going to buy two more bottles!
Never has a colour divided me like "light affair". I really don't know if I love it or hate it, and there isn't even a middle ground of "like" towards it.
I am in love with this polish! All of the MUAs were swooning over it, and there were only 2 left in the store by tonight. So glad I picked mine up!
LOL! I've been lucky -- never had any issues with MAC polishes! This felt like a good creme to me, too - it went on fairly smooth, even on the first layer. Just two coats and smooth, opaque color.
This shade of gray is OK, it is almost too white for me. I prefer for my grays to be a bit more grayer. I love grays that are pure gray or have a bit of purple or brown tones in it.
