MAC Dazzlelash Mascara Picture

Posted in: MAC Cosmetics, Product Photos/Swatches

Dazzlelash mascara… I have to wear it and try it out for a few days before I can tell you what I like/don’t like.  It does seem to give length, though I’m not sure about thickness yet.  We’ll see!

See naked lashes…

Interesting…it does look like it’s doing its job…but I’d love to hear whether or not it flakes and how hard it is to remove.

Your lashes do look better in that pic. I always notice that you kind of miss the lashes on the top outer corner though ;) I think L’Oreal Voluminous would work well for you.

It’s actually just lack of lashes. My outer lashes are a bit wonky and sparse :(

Voluminous flaked on me :(

my lashes are the same.
lol - wonky.
the MA suggested Zoom Lash

Question - every time I apply a coat of Zoom Lash I get lots of clumps :(
(and I just recently bought it). Any ideas on how to get the application to be less clumpy?

lol! I do like Zoomlash, but it can clump. I usually run a lash comb or clean mascara brush through my lashes at the end!

Sounds weird, but I put a drop of olive oil in my Zoom Lash and its a lot less clumpy.

I was thinking that it would be a sparkly mascara too. Hmm.. It looks similar to Plushlash though. What’s your verdict?

I have to wear it more to decide!

I’m excited about this. I really need a good lengthening mascara - thickness is not an issue for me.

Christine

It definitely gives you length!

I’m in love with this mascara… I really like the amount of lift you get and it doesn’t feel too thick or crunchy.. I can’t wait to try it out with Prep and Prime underneath!

Christine

Thanks for the review! Did it work well with Prep & Prime?

I love MAC because of it’s array of colors and diffrent formulations they are really unmatched in that area. However they are the weakest makeup company around when it comes to mascara…I hate every one they make.

Really? I love Plushlash, it’s my favorite mascara thus far!

Hey.

Try Pro Lash by MAC. I love it. Plushlash is disgusting, and fiber rich is gross. Pro lash gives an awesome effect. If not try Clarins (stock) mascara. Good luck.

Can you do a photo like one eye Plushlash and one Dazzlelash? I was going to get Plushlash but since I haven’t yet and this is out, i may get the Dazzlelash instead.

If you go back to the Plushlash review, you can see how it looks there :)

I love Dazzle Lash. If you want it to add some volume try using another mascara underneath first. I’ve been doing Lash in a Tube first because it adds more thickness than anything then use this. I have some BEFORE and AFTER pics if anybody wants some :) It doesn’t flake on me and it’s very easy to remove!

Thanks for the tips, Manda! I appreciate it! Feel free to share your pics :)

If you have really sparse, and non existent eye lashes coat them multiple time. With any mascara. Just make sure its with a particular seperating brush, and that its not with a fast drying formula. The great thing about cosmetics, and dept. Stores is the return policy. Buy all you wanna try out, and test run them. What you don’t like…return it.

Any update on Dazzle Lash? I normally use Fibre Rich from MAC and it works really well for me, but I kind of feel like experimenting and trying something new.

Not for me - I need thickening :/ It separates and lengthens well, though.
