Yep, you can use it over foundation Most of the MSFs are more for blush/highlighter, other than the MSFN.

HI,
I found this for sale in medium plus,but I am wondering about the colour.I have light to medium,more on the light side skin,with neutral undertones.I have dark brown hair&eyes.Would it be too dark for me? Can you use it over foundation? Are there any mineralize skinfinishes besides natural that you can use all over,not just blush or highlighter?
