I am interested in trying MAC Cosmetics. Are they strickly for professionals as in photography? Can the everyday woman who works and takes care of grandkids us it? What about their skin care line. I know nothing about MAC. I’ve used Este Lauder for yrs. and am ready for a change. I live over 200 miles from the nearest retail store so is it impossible to order a foundation on line? Do they offer samples or do the take returns if it is the wrong color?

    Thank you, Sarah

    • Hi Sarah,

Yes, you can definitely wear it, Sarah! MAC has a huge range, so you are sure to find something you like. It’s not impossible, but it’s not always easy. As far as I know, they don’t offer samples online, unfortunately. However, since you use Estee Lauder (which owns MAC!), your best bet is to do a live chat with MAC Cosmetics (just go to their website) and ask for the equivalent shade.
