How are the soft sparkle liners? Are they any good?
Christine

I don’t love them – they’re just OK. They don’t have great staying power, and the glitter is chunky.

GREAT! Now I can eliminate the pencils from my list. I’ve ordered the Urban Decay VIP set and can’t wait to get my hands on the 24/7 liners!
I’m stillllll waiting for “Red” She Said to hit Singapore. I need to see Stark Naked…

These all look so adorable! And perfect for those trying to stay on a budget, since you get more for less.
I was initially really excited about the soft sparkle liners, but I think I’d be better off going for the sets of 5 Urban Decay 24/7 pencils (Velvet Rope, here I come!). However, I’m a huge fan of golds and bronzes, especially the more antiqued-looking shades, so that set of 5 warm pigments is so tempting!! I’m a little anxious about how gaudy the glitter will be in Reflects Antique Gold though…

That’s true! The sets are a better value for sure :)

i bought the soft sparkle liners from last year and i’ve barely used any of them. they have a lot of glitter in them. i have a hard time getting them to go on, i feel like it tugs on my eyes a lot. so i definitely won’t be buying it again

I second Lina’s comment. The pencils were a little rough on the eyes, and the glitter was exceptionally chunky.

Hm, is it possible that internationals are getting this collection before North Americans?! I hope I’ll catch something I like :)
Does anyone knows how much these little packagins cost? (if MAC had this kind of stuff before…)

No clue, to be honest! It’ll probably be around the same, I think.

The lipglass, pigment and pencil sets are $29.50USD/$35.50CDN. I wish l would afford to get everything in this set except for the pencils they dont really grab me. But what l have to get for sure are both the pigment sets ( lm sure even the small bottles will last me a really long time)the colors are just amazing. I was going to go out and buy a couple of them full size but this is such a better deal and will save me a ton. Oh and the nude lippies ooooooo lm drooling…l would like the coral and pink ones too but l dont want to overdo it. Will have to add it to my x-mas wish list and cross my fingers that they will not be sold out right away.

IMO, the pencil set is easily passable. The product just isn’t as great as it could be.

So l just came back from my MAC store. Asked the girlz if you can preorder and when…cause l want to make sure l can get the lipgloss and pigment sets. She told me that the sets were not available for preorder its a first come first serve on the 3rd of Nov ( l think). Hmmmmm so now l have to make sure lm the first in line before the store opens lol. Starting to think that this is getting a little obsessive and crazy.

Thanks for the info regarding the eyeliners. I just preordered my sets (lipglass, pigments, eyeliners) from the MAC counter at Nordstrom. The MAC counter at Nordstrom is another option if you want to make sure you get your pigment sets (or any other set). Last year, I tried to buy the pigment sets during the first three days of the product release but those were already sold out! I’m making sure I get them this year!
