If it came from China I would suggest investing in a lead test kit. Alot of the makeup from China is full of lead and that is something you do not want to put around your eyes. You can get the kit at Home Depot, Lowe's, or your local hardware store. Whatever you do... don't buy the HK mascara and eyeliner set!! It is fake for sure!!
