MAC Cosmetics – Cool Heat Eyeshadows Product Pictures & Photos

I divided up the posts because there are quite a few photos here! I feel like these pictures are pretty accurate and true-to-life, so hopefully these will help some of you who can’t get to the store yourself. 
I will probably do a look using Solar White and Warming Trend tonight for my sister’s graduation & dinner.

I got all of the shadows except Cool Heat. I really didn't like the texture. I have big T as well (whose texture is NOT good). But I'm happy with my purchases.
Awesome! Big T is similar, and I'm surprised that Cool Heat didn't at least have a better texture!

Is warming trend close to Hey from the Fafi Quad?

Hey Jen! I don't think so, because I remember Hey having more shimmer and being brighter.
I got climate blue, gulf stream and warm chill, Now can we have some looks with these colors anyone? I was playing with the 3 colors at the MAC Counter, and the Sales Ass. said I could pretty much create any look that works for me. This site has totally got me addicted to MAC :) Keep up the good work everyone!!

I got Cool Heat, Warm Chill, Gulf Stream, Climate Blue, and Blue Flame eyeshadows and High 90's slim shine. I looked at Warming Trend but it was just too neutral for me. Probably going back for Solar White though.
Nice haul, Tekoa! Warming Trend is that range of gold/neutral that I can't resist, lol.

Christine, how do you think Solar White compares with Rose Blanc?
It doesn't look at all similar on me :( Solar White has been looking more gold/yellow on others, but it definitely goes on as a pink-white on me. Maybe peach-white, but I don't get the yellow undertone!

I think I'm going to end up getting Solar White, Warm Chill, and Gulf Stream...maybe Warm Chill...I'm thinking about a few of the slimshines, as well. We'll see...I want to see these in person! And thanks, Christine, for posting the swatches/product photos!

These are pretty...going to the MAC store later to get my 15% off as well! Warm Chill looks alot like Peridot...
Yayyy! Ohh, Peridot... maybe. Peridot was crappy payoff/texture from what I remember, though, LOL. Then again, Warm Chill isn't a favorite for me either!
I just got back from MAC, these colors are so pretty!! I only ended up with Warm Chill though, it's absolutely GORGEOUS! Climate Blue was pretty but it wasn't my favorite. It has really tiny pink glitter/sparkles in it which is nice but not something I would use a lot. I'm stil slowwwwly easing into blues, they're not my best color, but Warm Chill was sooo beautiful.

Do you think Solar White is similar to Cloudabound from the Pandemonium quad? If so I am buying 50 of them, LOL.
Hmm... I want to say no, because I remember Cloudabound being more yellow :(
There are swatches of the two on the Specktra swatch thread, and in the pic, they look *exactly* the same.

ok, now I'm actually considering Climate Blue. And that was the only e/s I thought I would not be interested in. Christine, do you think Gulf Stream is similar to Aquadisiac?
How funny! Gulf Stream is much darker and deeper... more intense than Aquadisiac, which is a light aqua/teal.
Hey, I actually saw this in person WHILE I was wearing teal pigment...and GULF STREAM actually comes super close to looking like the TEAL pigment...so if you already have TEAL pigment, I would skip on this...but that's my opinion only :)
I didn't think about teal pigment, actually! This does seem a bit brighter, though. Thank you for helping us out, Kharina!
