Lily White does tend to ball up a bit, but it really shouldn’t flake unless you’re using too much pigment..

yeah, I dip the brush in a little amount and then pick up the pigment…I wonder if I am picking too much of it up… I noticed it when I used lily white…

The kohls are awesome, so they make up for everything else :)

Hmm, what mixing medium are you using? Are you putting mixing medium on your brush and then picking up the pigment and applying?
