As you can tell, I’m trying to put together some looks using the pigments that will come out in Overrich! Today, I tried to kill two birds with one stone ;) I think I like this look, though I feel like it’s actually subtler than I originally envisioned it would be (which is probably a good thing!).

We’re off to the MGM Grand for some much-raved-about (by my mom!) duck noodle soup. Nummos! The Palazzo for the afternoon (aka trip to Barneys)! So much food, I feel like I’ve eaten enough for a few weeks. I fly home tomorrow morning, but a part of me can’t wait to be back home, because I miss Mellan & the boy <3

Hope your Sunday is nice and easy :)

P.S. - If you need a liner that lasts all day, no smudging, fading, or migrating–go get yourself some Urban Decay 24/7 liners. STAT!

I used Vintage Gold pigment (LE) on inner half of lid, Antique Green pigment (LE) on outer half of lid, Lucky Green eyeshadow (LE) on inner lid, Goldmine eyeshadow on inner/middle of lid, Patina eyeshadow on middle of lid, Newly Minted eyeshadow on outer lid and crease, Ricepaper eyeshadow above crease and on brow to highlight, UD Stash 24/7 liner on lower lash line, and Plushlash mascara on lashes. I had Margin blush with Dior Amber Diamond SkinShimmer on cheeks. I wore Tiger Tiger lipstick (LE) with Rosy Coral PRO gloss and a touch of Dejarose lipglass (LE) on my lips.

** These are recommendations for dupes based on permanent colors available — may not necessarily be identical; they are the closest I can think of!

Vintage Gold = Gold (metal); Antique Green = Olive Green + Forest Green; Lucky Green = Swimming + Goldmine; Tiger Tiger = Cherish; Dejarose = Valentine’s

Gorgeous. :D And damn, I wished I had Tiger Tiger. It looks so purdee.

Haha oddly enough, my liners don’t smudge on me. More often than not it’s my mascara that gives me the raccoon eyes at the end of the day.

But fear not! I have found a working remedy for that. I usually put a few coats of clear mascara after applying the normal mascara. My mascara lasts the whole day and no raccoons here. :D

It is sooo pretty. It’s one of my favorite nudes.

I’m glad you’ve found a way to fix the mascara prob!

Very pretty! I know your trying to put together looks with the pigments from Overrich but girl I am still waiting for the looks with the Neon Pigments! I bought all 6 and I am interested to see how another person would put them together. I know you did like a trial thing when you first got them but I wanna see a finished product! Lol. Anyway, keep up the good work!

Thanks, Carrie! :) I did a bunch of looks with the Neon pigments, but they hurt my eyes so I won’t be using them again.

Great look, the green is so pretty.

I’m starting a feature on my blog, HomeSpaGoddess.com about all the products beauty blogger can’t live without. Your blog is great and I’d love for you to participate:)

Just answer this question:

You’re stranded on a desert island where all of your basic needs (food, water, shelter) are taken care of. You are allowed an unlimited supply of only 7 beauty products. What seven products would you choose?

They can be products for hair, face or body. If you want to participate just email me your answers at hsg{at}homespagoddess.com and put “Island Beauty” in the subject line. I’m going to run my “Island Beauty” feature once a week and I’ll email you when you’re featured.

Hey! This is my first comment yay!

I just wanted to say that I’m a big fan of your work and that you are very gifted!!!

This look is gorgeous!

You are so right about the Urban Decay 24/7 Liners, I used to work at Sephora and when ever I had a client ask for the best e/l I pointed them to the UD Gondola. They really are the best but I have had a day or two where they did smudge a little bit. I found that the weather and the way you set the liner affects its staying power grately… in otherwords: a lot of humidity is death to your liner - no matter which brand it is… :)

Yay! Glad you decided to comment, Danielle :)

Thank you so much! I’m so glad you love the UD liners, too! I need to get them in more colors. I agree, your mileage may vary, but they’re fantastic compared to most other liners!
