My new favorite look has been Butternutty Shadestick as a base, Ego on the inner third of the lid, Beautiful Iris on the middle, Lotusland on the outer, a mix of Creme De Violet and Parfait Amour in the crease, Nylon on browbone, Rave Pearlglide lightly on the lower lashline with a bit of Lotusland over it. Daft Pink Mineralize Blush on cheeks, Loving Touch See Thru Lipcolor, Sweet Thing Lipstick, Frozen Dream Lipglass and a bit of Via Veneto Dazzleglass. I actually wore this look for several days in a row, and I never do that.
Ohh!! Thank you for sharing. I love it!
I like Ego as a blush, actually! It’s SUPER frosty though, so I blend it down a bit with translucent face powder.
Eyes: Creme de Violet all over lid, Shadowy Lady on outer lid and crease, Hush to highlight the brow bone and blend above crease, Graphblack Technakohl smudged on both lashlines and lower waterline, black Mascara X for fluffy black lashes. Define the brows with a powder or pencil if you like.
Cheeks: Ego eyeshadow and a transparent face powder to blend down shimmer.
Lips: Lip balm, and if your lips aren’t very pigmented, a pink lip stain like Loving Touch STLC.
Yay! Glad you shared your look
Sounds gorgeous as always!
I use ego as a lid colour over an eye primer. Vanilla as a brow highlight, Poppy Noir from Fresh Cut Graphic Garden set in crease and outer V, Graphic Garden to deepen crease. Upper eyelid lined with Bobbi brown Graphite ink gel liner and finished with Pink Freeze in the tearduct. Estee Lauder Projectionist mascara in black
Cheeks: Pink Swoon with Lightscapade MSF
Lips: Lipshine in Rock out
This sounds really lovely, Chewyliz!
I used Ego as my lid color, while using Style Snob in the crease & outer v. I deepened the crease with Mulch. On lips that day I believe was Way To Love lipstick and Love Nectar lipgloss.
Love the lip color you chose to pair with it!
I have been pairing Ego with Style Snob. Its simple but a nice natural summery look.
Gorgeous!
I did ego with stars n rockets and nocturnelle one day, I like pinks and purples during the summer.
Bettina, what a great combo!
all over the lid and add some darker shadow to the crease and outer
What kind of crease color would you use?
I used Painterly paint pot as a base, Ego on the lid, Purple Haze in the crease and Vanilla as a highlight. I think it’d also look really nice with the UD purple eyeliner (I can’t remember the name) to line the upper and lower lashes.
I love the idea of using it with Purple Haze!
I don’t have much in terms of paint pots and so forth…but I would love to pair this pale pink with a brighter pink like lotusland….and then a little violet color in the crease or v.
I think it would be a really pretty and bright look!
when I did my stars n rockets with ego combo today I put sketch in the crease instead of nocturnelle , that works well too.
