I used to put golden lemon in the inner corner of my eye for every single look. Its my favorite. I usually use it with neutrals, but it looks really cute with Teal pigment. And I always use light pink lips when I use golden lemon.

Golden Lemon is amazing once mixed with Golden Olive. When used to highlight and on the inner eye, blended in with Velvet Moss and Woodwinked and both lids lined quite thick with Blacktrack = FAB. Only thing is, I hate using pigments (maybe I should make a resolution for ‘08 – “Give Pigments Another Chance”)and have tried this out only twice! BUT I was really happy with the results.

Cheeks: MAC CCB in Tint and Improper Copper (mixed)

Lips: MAC Touch, topped with MAC Revealing

I’ve never thought to mix the two together! What a great suggestion, Tonee :) I really, really love how diverse you are with your products – CCBs on the cheeks and everything.

Why aren’t you a pigment lover? It is my mission in life to convert everyone to the pigment side of things ;P

I hate using a mixing medium with pigments. Since I have used pressed shadows and some creams (I used to love Maybelline Cool Effects before they were discontinued!) for so long, I still have not got used to handling pigments and the mixing medium. Besides, I have my make up routine down to 10 minutes now and the few occasions I have used pigments, it took twice as long!

Oh, wow! I don’t think I could live my life without pigments and mixing medium. Nearly every look I do has to have them, lol!

Sometimes I’ve used Golden Lemon on the inner lid, inner lower lash line and brow. Blend with Deep Truth on the outer lid, outer crease, and outer lower lash line. Blend with Blue pigment in the middle of lid and also above crease. It creates a greenish cast which always gets a lot of compliments.
