Not digging the hair or dress… but the lip color is gorgeous!
I love her dress, but her hair and makeup just looks “off” to me. Very dark on the top lashes and bare on the bottom, and her hair at the front of her part has a life of its own? Very pretty girl, just not loving it.
Lea Michelle always, from the moment she became famous for Glee, worn the BEST dresses on the red carpet. This one…wow. Way too much.

Such a pretty girl but something about her foundation just looks off to me. It looks a little chalky. Maybe a bit of bronzer or blush would have made this work better?
I think this is a really diferent look for her. I think she looks great, I love her dress and lip color
makes me think of a Victoria’s Secret catalogue. looks pretty good except not liking the bracelet. kind of disappointing evening though if this was the “best” usually you can catch a few true stunners at any event

Her lips are super pretty, and the dress is exactly the kind I like to see at the Grammys. So well done, minus the hair.
I like color of her lips, but the rest of her makeup and hair isn’t really working. I actually love the dress. The side slit so sexy and deceptively plain sky high black pumps are ridiculous(in a good way!).

I never liked her look. But from time to time she does pull off some looks well. But she looks awful tonight. I mean the forced hair part in the middle is so obvious, the tired eyes, with the combination of heavy caked on foundation and the wrong color foundation (it looks too light and chalky!). She looks very manly. They could have contoured her better like she usually has it done. The only thing good about this look is her lips.

This look is fabulous. If I looked a fraction as good as this on an evening out I would be ecstatic
. Not liking the negative feedback, it must be great for you all being so perfect 
bright lipstick looks lovely on her, but that’s just the wrong color for her skintone in my opinion. a true red would have looked much nicer and not washed her out so much. killer dress, painfully ugly shoes…it’s sad because this is a look that has so much potential, but the details ruin it
I’m bothered by these overly chunky and tall platform pumps the stars are wearing these days. They’re unflattering.
I feel like if the dress was long-sleeved or high-necked it would look better. To be showing her chest, arms and an entire leg seems like too much skin-you don’t know what to focus on- and veers from sexy to trashy territory. If just one more thing was covered this would look super seductive and pretty, IMO.
