Laura Mercier Asks: What is Flawless?
For every answer submitted to www.lauramercier.com, Laura Mercier will make a donation to the Gulf Relief Foundation. Each submission will work to help restore the wetland preservation in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana and return the Gulf and New Orleans to their previously flawless state.
The What Is Flawless? campaign is inspired by Laura Mercier’s authority in the “Flawless Face”. The Laura Mercier Flawless Face Collection includes primers, foundations, camouflaging concealers and powders. Through this initiative, women will share their feelings and beliefs and join a larger conversation with others who all have vastly different opinions, as the meaning of “flawless” is personal and unique to every woman.
LAURA MERCIER Cosmetics believes one answer to what is flawless is being charitable and giving back. And to that end, from September 1, 2010 to December 1, 2010 every time a response is submitted on the LAURA MERCIER website, $1.00 will be donated to the Gulf Relief Foundation (gulfaid.org) to help restore the Gulf to its previously flawless state (up to $50,000).
Congratulations to Audrey Q!

My answer: Being able to let it go and just be yourself!
Flawless to me means looking your best and acting your best, flawless also mean looking perfect giving you the confidence you need and deserve :)
Flawless to me means that although you have flaws, you embrace them and make the best of them to benefit yourself and others.
Flawless to me means loving yourself for who YOU are and feeling confident inside, no matter what life throws at you... a pimple or a life-altering disaster.
I don't think that "flawless" can exist in any form. I do think that we can all try to be our best by trying hard in all that we do--especially in kindness toward others.
Flawless is more than just a pretty face or perfect makeup, its accepting and recognizing flaws and making them work, without self doubt
it means being confident, standing tall and being beautiful inside, out. --despite my imperfections.
I said, "Whatever makes me happiest at that particular moment in time - regardless of who or what it is."
