OMG Something is really weird and creepy about Lady GaGa and that performance…AND did yall she what he/she was wearing in the audience?..Its like ever since people found out she was a he/she got weirder. SMH

That was a performance worthy of a drag queen! Awesome! I loved it! Wasn’t the most shocking thing I’ve ever seen but still pretty cool…

Her performance was not good. I love this song but her vocals were terrible and it was not engaging at all.
I was actually impressed with her vocal performance. I thought that (even though she was a little theatrical with the vocal) she was still spot on and had a lot of “umph” to her voice. I’m a firm believer that you don’t need to have a pure tone (Janis Joplin, Robert Smith, Bjork, Kate Bush, etc.) to sound good – You just have to stay in key – And I think she did that.
I DO wish that she would have sung the melody in the chorus though – Instead of that wierd harmony… I think it was supposed to go with the performance but I get tired of hearing singers get to a chorus and either ad-lib or sing the harmony bits. The song is ABOUT the chorus! Give it to me!!!
I dint catch Lady Gagas performance, but Beyonce and Pink used Playback on theirs so… However she had sounded, at least she was being real

I’m not a fan of her music but I gave her props for the performance and shocking the audience and viewers. Definitely not your average VMA performance…

Ugh, no, no, NO! I hate her, I hate her music, her attitude, everything about her. She is everything that could be wrong with a woman…
I loved her performance and outfit and makeup!!!! But all the rest of her outfits were too over the top.
I say give me a little simulated murder with some sanatorium and a hint of French baroque and I’m on board!
And yes, the makeup was snazzy

Loved her make up! I really like the way she reworks her songs when she performs live too.. makes her interesting to watch.
I give her credit for being creative but it’s just not my cup of tea.
I loved Pink’s performance – the acrobatics flowed beautifully with the song and she was amazing.
Ugh, she’s a train-wreck freak show. I can’t stand her. After the performance DF looked at me and said “What was THAT?” Yeah. Not impressed, I hope she goes the way of Amy Winehouse.

I think she’s a new fresh wind in today’s pop industry. Her shows are provocative, but unforgetable.
After i read these comments i watched it and it was kinda shocking but not that bad.
In terms of the musical aspect of the performance, I liked it. She sang it well (for the most part), and the visual aspect of the performance was entertaining.
However, I honestly could NOT take her seriously at all with all those terrible outfits.
Made me seriously miss her normal look back in the day (like, 3-4 years ago.)
If she still looked the way she used to or looked similar, while having worn a costume for the performance, I would have been able to take her seriously. But.. ugh.
