i think she was going for the “i was out last night partying and i’m going to pretend the grammys aren’t important” look.
she looked a MESS. her music has such a fun, young and upbeat feel, but this made her look about 20 years older. Ke$ha darling, you can do better!
I agree! The eye make up is a mess! I LOVE glitter and I LOVE it when used for eyes but this is just wrong!!! I agree with the person who mentioned getting an Urban Decay artist! I know a few of them and they are very talented and know how to properly use glitter in the eye area!
I’m not really a fan of Kesha… but I feel like her face looks so out of proportion here?

Good but not quite… I think that in order to get what she was intending she should have contacted the makeup artists from Urban decay…any look form the Book of shadows II would have been better.

I SO agree with you! It looks like her makeup artist put glitter nail polish on her eyes and then she rubbed them or something! And her face is REALLY white compared to the rest of her skin.

People, im gonna make a blog or youtube vid about these celebs Grammy looks because in my opinion almost all the looks are a miss for one reason or another. Now this girL kesha has a pretty face but this look does nothing for her, and this dress is nothing special. i dont know if this is her theme, but she looks like a drunk, her hair is a mess, NEXT!
I agree that Kesha, or Ke$ha, whichever you prefer, is very cute. And she wants to look like a mess because she gets attention that way, but, I think she tries a little too hard. I agree that the dress is nothing special, but the eye glitter is too much, if the eye glitter was applied right, she would look better, but it not applied right. I think it’s supposed to make her look more trashy. In my opinion, she looks better without makeup caked onto her face, and she has a great personality. she just tries to hard and ends up looking like an unattractive, drunken women.

No, no, no. She looks stoned or like she was out partying all night last night (and still this morning, past breakfast and lunch) and she’s still hungover. And she looks snooty, like she doesn’t even care. She’s looks like a complete and total hot mess.

I completely agree with just about all of you. Her music is catchy (and it’s not because of her singing). The girl really doesn’t have any talent and the whole, “I don’t give a shit how I look to the world” appearance is bad. She looks like a strung out younger version of Courtney Love. The problem is that society will buy into her crap because they’ll say she’s unique and not a follower. Well, it just further proves that you don’t need to be talented today to make what people call “music.” Just look at Britney, Miley Cyrus, etc.

Glitter RARELY transfers to still photos well. You have to be really careful and aware of that – It’s not a moving image so you loose so much of the actual effect. I didn’t see this on TV so I don’t know – Maybe it was better in person?
