Kelly Osbourne wore a one-shoulder black and white dress by Zac Posen. It looks like she went with a grayish-brown smoky eye, heavy lashes, and gray eyeliner. If and when I have a breakdown for this look, I will be sure to update this post with it.

Love dress. Hate hair and makeup.
I’m not thrilled with the hair look, but the dress looks amazing on her!
Everything is average here, not fond of the dress, hair or makeup. Makeup was way too heavy, it only accentuated her not so perfect skin. But still every time I look at her I’m amazed of how much weight she lost.
She looks like Ursula from the Little Mermaid.

love the dress, but the hair and makeup are awful and aging. her foundation is soo cakey looking and looks a shade or two too dark.

I love this look, although I wish she’d go back to her dark hair. That dress though, really accentuates how tiny she is without being “oh look I’m skinny”!
Gorgeous girl but not a fan of the styling. She looks a lot older than her actual age.
Makeup is pretty especially the lipstick. The hair is so so. Like the dress but not the grey and white color, it should just be one color.

If avant garde music was a dress, that is what it would look like. I think the lip color is kind of pretty, too.
I love it, very classic and elegant shape, but the detailing is very unexpected.
That dress is amazing and she has the personality to carry it off. It looks like the makeup artist that did J-lo did Kelly. Too heavy of a hand and the wrong undertones…etc.
The makeup is a bit heavy, but she has such a naturally square face I wish the hair had been fixed in a way that didn’t emphasize the square shape as much

LOVE the dress, gorgeous! Don’t like so much the arm tattoos, sorry not so lady like. The makeup and so close uo and persnoal photos showed all her very obvious imperfections. Also in general who ever did her makeup did a very below avergae job. ::Dislike::
