Beautiful dress… Awful hair colour…
Gorgeous look & gorgeous girl, but yellow hair is not flattering for anyone.
I think she’s in the middle of switching over to blond for a role in a movie. Maybe she’s giving her hair a rest before finishing up? It is a tad yellow, could just be the lights or something.
I hate saying this, but I don’t think there’s anything she can do to improve her looks! She’s not ugly, but there’s just something about her… I can’t put my finger on it.
I kind of agree with you, I think she has improved her looks, even if I think she’s a little too thin now, but I agree in that there’s something about her… she has a strong bone structure, she can’t change that even if she keeps getting thinner and thinner (maybe with surgery but I’m not a doctor so I don’t know).
I think her mom is better looking than she.
I think it’s the shape of her face, it’s unusual.
she is so unnaturally thin now, that the face shap doesn’t match her body anymore. i think she would look better with a bit more curves.

She definitely has come a long way although I don’t think that dress is to her benefit. I rather like that hair color, it looks fun and I have seen people with that color naturally believe it or not.
i actually prefer this hair colour over the black/dark brown from ages back, at least she doesn’t look like death now. love the dress though!

I think she should have worn a dress that was fuller at the bottom. It looks like her head is too big for her body and a fuller bottom on the dress might even that out.
I like the hair colour. It makes her look younger rather than her brown hair. Her skin tone can bring it off. The dress makes her look slanted to one side… tear off that excess shoulder piece! She needs a chunky bracelet. And hair shouldn’t be so big… tone down just a teeny bit and she’ll be perfect.

I love the dress. She looks very stylish indeed. Her make-up is spot on too.
Love the hairstyle but not the colour. When I colour my hair and it comes out this way, I am usually in tears.
She has lost a ton of weight and looks great, but fact is, Kelly will never be a pretty girl.
She does however, look as good as she ever could and I admire her for looking so healthy and glam these days.
