I really do love her hair and makeup. I love the dress too, although I’m thinking more ballerina or figure skater wear. lol Most importantly, I want to know what is holding the “girls” up?
probably those little skin-colored stick on bra dealies. you stick it under the nipple, and then lift upward and stick at the top.
I am loving the hair, dress, everything! I just wish we could see her nails, I bet they’re awesome!

Agreed. I’ve heard nothing but good things about her hair at the moment, but in my opinion, it looks very 90s, and not in a positive way. Trashy.

Hmmmm that’s not errrr at all what I was expecting from Katy Perry….I was expecting WOW and frou frou, this is nice but it’s kind of so so on her, I was expecting more to be honest!!

I love this. Yes, she is channeling a bit of ice dancer.. but its really fun, and really stunning on her. Her makeup looks gorg, and I’m going to leave the hair alone.
rather it wasn’t multicoloured. I just think this look would be so much more polished with her black hair. 
LOL at all the people who are talking about her dress looking lik a figture skater. It’s Marchesa, the dress is absolutely amazing. I don’t like her but love the outfit.
I could go for the dress, OR the shoes, OR the hair, OR the nails…
The dress would look great with plain black pumps, hair up, minimal jewelery and a red lip/nail.
The shoes would look great with a LBD.
The hair would also look great with a LBD or a colored dress that was solid.
When you put it together like that, it becomes an allegory for an amusement park. The dress, which is incredible on its own, ends up looking a bit tacky and that’s a shame!
Love the makeup but not the dress. Something about it just doesn’t seem right.
I really hate her for some reason that I cant quite figure out yet lol, but….this outfit and hair combo is making me starting to get to the OK level with her…not quite like…but now I think she is ok! hahh

Katy Perry is very pretty and can pull off some really fun/crazy looks, but the colourful highlights look tacky. But at least she had the guts to try something different!
