For *mattes* Make Up For Ever; for shimmers, MAC & Urban Decay!
I have a pink loose sparkly eye shadow in some tube called Hot In The City from Viva La Diva, it's super pigmented! And cheap ^^
Urban Decay Deluxe, MAC, Coastal Scents and Nars are amazingly well pigmented.

MAC if you like shimmer, Bobbi Brown if you like mattes. I dont have any experience with MUFE and UD (yet), so I cant comment on them. Hopefully UD will finally be available at Dutch Sephoras this upcoming year!
I agree with Mac and Urban Decay, but also Sleek (UK brand, very pigmented beautiful shadows) and Coastal Scents too.
Agreed with MUFE! Though I think Urban Decay and MAC are hit or miss, some eye shadows are amazing, others, not so much. I also really love Ben Nye eye shadows.

Lauren Luke has only 15 eyeshadows out so far, but will be coming out with a LOT more in April, and they're all highly pigmented.

I love Urban Decay, but for any Canadians out there, try Annabelle shadows. They are so great and can be found in drugstores. I highly suggest their custom quad shadows and studio pigments.

L'Oreal HIP Duos and Shocking Shadow Pigments! Just bought the Pigments in Visionaire - a GORGEOUS warm gold - and the Duos in Gunmetal - sheer silver-sparkled black and GORGEOUS!!!!!! bright metallic silver with a touch of ice blue to it. They're incredibly pigmented, and dare I say it, MAC-esque!

I second your suggestion of MUFE for mattes, but I have to give it up for Senna when it comes to shimmers! They put even MAC to shame -- I'm in love =D

Urban Decay Deluxe is the most highly pigmented by far. Next in line are regular Urban Decay e/s and Dior: Extreme mono or 5 color-Iridescent.

I gotta agree with your picks. I'm planning a massive MUFE matte splurge very soon, and most of my collection IS UD or MAC. Although I WILL admit I've heard great things about Illamasqua, and am dying to try their stuff. I just don't know if my semi-local freestanding sephora actually carries it, since i know the in store counter ones near me don't.
For mattes I agree with MUFE, shimmers Nars and MAC!

Coco - do you order your Lime Crime online? I have checked out the site several times and am really super curious about their products.....but I would love to try them in person :) Do they sell at actual stores or just online? How long have you been using Lime Crime? Do you use the pigments loose or with a liquid thingy??
Supposedly Lime Crime repackages their stuff and it's all from TKB. Personally, I don't know, because I don't buy her products, but there is a lot of evidence on that. Also, who wants to pay 12 dollars for something when you can get it somewhere cheaper?
I have about 7 or 8 colors of pigment from Lime Crime, and I LOVE THEM!!!!!!! They are so pretty.. And Ive actually never used them wet, just over my MAC paint pots.. GORGEOUS!!
