Ohh, good work, Shefali! Maybe you’ll have to spend a few weeks with more expensive polish to beat your habit! I find once I kick it, I’m good for awhile before it starts up again, lol.

Hi Christine -

I get a manicure about every 10 days but I still find myself gnawing on my nails sometimes…so annoying! But it’s January 4 today and I got my nails done yesterday with the new Chanel dark blue nail polish from their spring collection. It looks awesome and since the polish was so expensive…I’ve been doing really good and haven’t touched my nails. The polish looks AWESOME!!!

Hey Victoria! One of my uncles constantly tells his daughter (my cousin) to lose weight, so I have some inkling of what it’s like.
