Halloween Looks: Amanda, Dana, Katrina, Lisa

Amanda is a patchwork Frankenstein, while Dana imitates the stile of Yamanba girls and Katrina goes for full-on zombie, but Lisa opts for a more wearable look in the vein of Barbie!

DANA really loves to have doing makeup – there’s no wrong way to do it!

INSPIRATION: My costume was a Japanese fashion trend called Yamanba Girls. It entails bleached out, multi-colored hair with mainly black and white “panda eyes,” really deep tans, white lines down the nose and white lips.

  • BREAKDOWN: Ben Nye Dark Egyptian Makeup, Urban Decay Eden Primer Potion, Make Up For Ever #6 Mat Bronze, Sephora Pure White Nano Liner, Maybelline Blackest Black Eye Studio, Urban Decay Black Dog Eyeshadow, Lancome Daylight Eyeshadow, Sugarpill Dollipop Eyeshadow, Phantom Frights Spooky Sticks.

Katrina looks SO gross! Good job! 😀

  2. GinaTheresa

I was trying to pick a favorite and I can’t! I totally love each of these looks!!! The Frankenstein one is very Misfits, the Japanese one had me running to Wikipedia, the zombie one looks really gross and realistic, and the Barbie one is cute(I take it that’s not your real hair?)

  3. Steph

    Great job everyone!

  4. Miss Silver

I love it all! Frankengirl looks awesome!

  5. Amanda – This looks is very sultry and also alluring. There also is a zen like quality to this as well. Like you are taking a moment of inner reflection. I really like how the purple eye pops against the green skin. Love it!

Dana – The only thing this look is missing is a few umbrella filled fruity drinks and a pool. I’ll be honest I had to look up what Yamanba Girls were and I think you pulled it off. So original!

Katrina – Okay whatever plane you and your hubby are on I’ll not be on. LOL Zombies are a timeless classic that you renewed by theming your attire for the look. Loving it!

Lisa – She’s a Barbie Girl in a Barbie World! You can’t go wrong with the classic Barbie look, pink lips, shimmer shadows, lots of mascara. You really did this icon justice. Fabulous!
