my go to neutral look is cork from MAC and eyeliner. Thats my simple everyday look.
This is on my list but I cannot access to it until July.
My go to neutral look at the moment is... Eyes: MAC Bamboo all over the lid, MAC Saddle in the crease, MAC Mylar as highlight, a thin line of black eyeliner, & curled eyelashes with mascara. Cheeks: NYX blush in Dusty Rose. Lips: Softlips lipbalm & L'Oreal Colour Juice Sheer Juicy Lip Gloss in 850 Butterscotch Drop.
My go-to neutral look is a bit of powder, mascara, any nice champagne eyeshadow, and a swipe of blush! Nice and easy!
My go to neutral look is Stila Kitten, with Stila Java in the crease and outer v.

I guess it would help if I would have listed my look. I'm loving MAC Cakeshop shadestick on it's own lately...that and a nude lip.

My go to neutral look is a light cream color on the eyelids.
My go-neutral look is a smokey brown lid using coastal scents 88 palette and MAC mineralized skinfinish natural in light-medium!
My go to neutral look is MAC Brule all over eye lid and as a highlight MAC Soft brown all over the crease MAC embark or MAC Satin taupe in the outer corner and swpt into the crease Black liner black mascara and I am good to go!
This is not just a dull brown but special! I want it!
My neutral look is foundation, concealer, NARS Deep Throat blush, shimmery pinkish-brown lid/matte brown in the crease and Kitten Silk lip gloss.

Light sweep of Vex lid, Satin Taupe brow bone and Shroom highlight. I use my Molasses Pearlglide liner, curl, mascara and go. I wear glasses so I need something that make my brown eyes sparkle behind those Foster Grants! :]

I'd say my fave neutral look is MAC woodwinked eyeshadow, a thin line of MAC sketch used as an eyeliner, a natural lipliner, and some clear gloss.

To me All that glitter, a little bit of mascara and some gloss and I'm done for my neutral look !

mine is jest as wash and satin taupe in the crease with minimal eyeliner

My go-to neautral look is a brown shade on lid and black mascara.
MAC Circa plum on lid as a wash, coudroy in crease, highlighter, eyeliner, mascara, brown liner at bottom lashes. Peachy blush and some MSF as highlight. Some lipbalm or stain on lips. It looks pretty and very neutral with my red hair. Twitter: bobek_taken
my go to neutral look is perricone tinted moisturizer, with lancome color fever gloss in honey i love you, some blush, and tons of too faced lash injection mascara!

My go to neutral look (for my eyes, anyways) is Milan Minerals eyeshadow reddish brown eyeshadow (sorry, can't remember the name) with black liner on the upper lids and brown liner on the lower lids. Then CG Lash Blast on the upper lashes and clear mascara on lower lids (looks more natural to me that way). BTW, I'm African American...

for my neutral look a little bit of yogurt e/s all over with black track fluid line on upper lid and mascara, little bit of bronzer and clear gloss.
