most recommend rubbing your finger on top of the product so you get some on the pad of your finger, and patting colour on your cheeks..then blending with your finger as well. It “warms” the stain and blends it into skin better.

Well, I need to stop IMPULSE buying!!! The MAC brush set is going back–I didn’t realize that the quality of the sets differed so drastically with the handmade individual brushes. I’ll exchange the set for the ONE brush I really NEED right now….

i got all 3 mac pigment holiday sets. i got a smashbox master class glamour eyes hazel set from the F&F sephora sale online. went to walmart and got a hardcandy blush in pinup – to complete their blush collection. i also got a lipglos, lipstick, mineralized e.s and nailpolish in a sparkly yellow/gold color- it looks like i have fish scales on my toes right now- PRETTY COOL!

I thought they were all so pretty! But what sold me was Brilliant! In store they felt smooth and I thought maybe it was just mine but I read some reviews on Sephora after and others had the same grit/dry experience I tested some of their other cheek stains during that trip which seemed fine so I will give the brand another chance.

I really like cream blushes and have had luck with Smashboxs blush sticks (think they still have them… Haven’t bought one in a while) and MAC cremeblushes are good too. The mini NARS multiple trio (holiday pack deal) are really awesome. If you exchange the Tarte, try the NARS trio! Creamy goodness! Let me know how it goes!

I thought that they were a little dry also…..I was expecting a smoother consistancy. I was just gonna keep em, and use a foundation brush to apply, but maybe I *will* return ‘em too. I’m not having much luck with creme blush….guess I will stick to the powders!

Just curious, which of the three was your favorite? I liked Princess the most……
