I wouldn’t have expected Faith Hill to wear that dress at all!
Hair How-to
To get the look at home, celebrity stylist Oscar Blandi (who created Faith’s look and has worked with Penelope and Jennifer) suggests following these steps:
- Step 1: To create this look, the base is critical. Let 70% of the hair air dry and apply Oscar Blandi Volumizing Spray ($18, available at Sephora.com) from roots to end. Flip the hair upside-down and blow-dry on low mild heat.
- Step 2: Secure all the hair at the nape of the neck with an elastic, using your fingers as a comb to separate the hair for a natural pulled back effect. Wrap individual hair sections around the ponytail and secure with hair pins for a undone chignon.
- Step 3: Lightly pull out hair around the hairline to create a tussled loose frame around the face.
- Step 4: Finish with Oscar Blandi Lacca Hairspray ($23, available at Sephora.com) for shine and a flexible hold.

This is TOTALLY reminiscent of Daphne Guinness. I think she's a bit too mature to pull off such a dark look. It ages her quite a bit. She'd of been better off with more soft colors.
The dress is gorgeous but her hair needs to be DOWN and the nails need to go. Wow. This is one harsh look for her. She usually looks so radiant and wholesome!
Doesn't anyone ever wonder why this lady is so obsessed with sex? She credited Pilates for helping her bend in ways she hadn't been able to before and said that Tim sure liked it...an innuendo about her sex life. She's also talked about their tour bus and how there's a lot of action that goes on in it. It goes on and on. Is she so insecure or is her marriage such a sham that she always has to push sex and sexiness? "Easy and sexy"? There's something really wrong with this woman with her obsession with sex. It's sad to see such insecurity.
FAITH is not the least bit insecure about her marriage or the sexual part of it. she and Tim are just very sexy people and love being together. I see nothing wrong with her choice of dress,and it appears that Tim also loves it.but he loves her in a gunny sac,so what is wrong with what she says about sexy?
I don't think she is pushing sex itself just because she commented that the dress was easy and sexy. she just meant it is comfortable and easy to wear and she loves how it feels on her.

I love her dress but I have to say...my attention was on Tim McGraw! lol
If I had the kind of money she has, I would definitely be paying to get rid of those lines under her eyes.

Um, I'm not a big fan of the dress. I do like her earrings. Her makeup, I really don't like. It makes her look older than she is. Looks very harsh.

Am I the only one that think she looks fabulous AS SHE ALWAYS DOES??? Her makeup is light, yes. But heavy makeup would have looked awful with that dress!

Dress and make up are awfull
Her make-up looks kind of caked/dry and ... ugh, that dress. :< I'm a bit puzzled at the choice of... location (under the busts, at the... ribs??) of the sheer fabric. What an awkward place to show some skin.
I kinda like the dress and the black nails. The earrings are stunning, but I don't like the make-up on her. The thing is, on older women, a heavy smokey eye like this just draws attention to lines. Not a good look. She is beautiful, but she would have looked much younger with some neutral eyes and a darker lippie on that beautiful mouth. Not my favourite look at all.

is it just me or a good chunk of these celebrity pictures look like you can see the actress's fine lines... i can't tell if it is bad make-up or the camera shot.... she looks hideous...
I agree but I love it! You can see they are not perfect. HD camera not so good for close up.
Don't really care for this. Her makeup makes her look haggard.

I love Faith and Tim, but WHO but her in THAT?! Black nail polish, almost a goth look with the exception of no black hair. This is totally not her. Whomever chose that dress, fire them...now And hey, where did Tim get hair back again? A few years back, he was bald as a cue ball, and looked good. Hair transplants?!

the look is too heavy for her; i've always thought of her as more wholesome and less gothic.
Her face looks like it is screaming for moisture, and the makeup just seems to emphasize that. Too bad, because she's a beautiful woman.

Kind of speechless........her make up does nothing for her face at all. She kind of looks tired..........and the dress......well it just is kind of neither here nor there. I don't get it really...........the bodice is horrible.
