I think they used to, for a bit, but don’t anymore — you’ll need a US shipping or forwarding address to order. (More info under “shipping information” on their site!)

I tried putting some items in the shopping basket and applied the code, but didn’t get 40% discount as they advertised though
so I guess it’s not everything. I wish they’d put up a fine print to inform us which are the exceptions.
It doesn’t work on EVERYTHING. I tried to get a few Revlon Colorstay foundations and UDPP and it doesn’t work.
UDPP wouldn’t work because that’s beauty.com I believe! I’m not sure why it didn’t work on Revlon!

I find that it doesn’t work with Burt’s Bees stuff though, maybe I just have a hard time differentiating makeup vs health/beauty 
Thanks for the heads up, Christine! I passed on the drugstore makeup, but I did splurge on a SensatioNail gel manicure kit as well as the Bliss Fabulips kit. I was psyched to see that the 40% off applied to Bliss. Amazing!
FYI – Drugstore.com has OPI polishes including the OPI Designer Series, which under this sale are $6.90 each! That’s a STEAL!
I made an order and I also wanted to chime in to say that the discount won’t be for everything in the beauty department. The discount code is makeup40 because it has to be make up. This will not work on lotions, hair products, or even certain lip balms. I got lucky though, because I saw that the Philosophy the Present clear makeup was already on sale (20% off) when I added it, it became even cheaper because they have it categorized as makeup.
Ya it is weird..some philosophy make up is included and some isnt. It is very haphazard what is included.

I am excited reading the comments. i am going to have the products, as 40% off discount made me restless.
This coupon won’t work for me at all on anything. I’ve tried deleting cookies, buying with and without an account, and with several different items (ones people have even mentioned here working). It keeps saying “We’re sorry, but this promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.” or it just gives me free shipping. I have no other promotions added unless the drugstore dollars count and I have no idea how to get rid of it. Is anyone else having issues?
