Crabtree & Evelyn Relaxing Body Lotion ($19.50 for 8.5 fl. oz.) is a really nice blend of lavender and chamomile essential oils, which are both scents known to help relax/calm you. I love to use this on my legs and arms a half hour before I get into bed, because it helps me remember to take time for myself and just *breathe* after a busy day. Super bonus is my legs feel hydrated and smooth!

For those of you watching your ingredients, this lotion is free of parabens, sodium lauryl sulfates, and sodium laureth sulfates. There is also a coordinating cream body wash, flroal body smoother, and a comforting body night cream. The body night cream is going to run a little thicker, so if your skin isn’t super dry, you can stick with the body lotion and be just fine. I, on the other hand, will probably pick up the body night cream for my dry, scaly dragon legs.

It’s my first time trying Crabtree & Evelyn products, so I’d love to know what your favorites are!

You should try their hand therapy cream. My favorite is their La Source Hand therapy cream but they have more scents. Being a nurse, washing my hands a million times a day, I was desperate to find a hand cream to keep my dry hands from cracking. I’ve tried so many, this stuff seriously is the best! I can apply it once before work and even though I wash my hands so many times, my hands are still moisturized!

They used to have a Swiss Skin Care line that was AMAZING for my super dry skin, and I adored the face lotion and body cream. The body cream has a super luxurious, fluffy kind of feel to it (I have two jars in my bathroom). Anyway, their Jojoba Oil collection is great, too (I like the body lotion for warmer weather).

Gardener’s Hand Therapy – the best hand creme – the scrub is good also-really makes your hands soft – other scents that are nice are lavendar & rosewater. They have specials quite oftern – buy 2 get 1 free. Also there Jojoba bar soap is so good & smells great also. Been using their products for years.

  4. I love their Hand Therapy too! The scent I have is Spring Hill and it’s really light and fresh. I put it on before bed and it makes your hands really soft. :)

I agree that the Jojoba Oil collection is amazing! I love the liquid hand soap and buy it to refill my fancy ceramic soap pumps in the kitchen and bathroom (and people have actually commented on what nice smelling lovely feeling hand soap it is when they use it). I also bought the jojoba shampoo and conditioner to travel with recently because the smell is amazing!

I love, love, love the Gardener’s Hand Therapy. I’ve been using it for a little over 6 years now. I wash dishes the old school way, (in the sink with a scrub) not in the dishwasher. It helps so much with dry hands.

    • Wow, six years!! That’s commitment :) Now I know it’s great!

THE HAND THERAPIES ARE INCREDIBLE. i give them a 10/10 rating. They r a little expansive BUT SOO WORTH IT. I love how u dont get that greasy feeling after applying it. it absorbs completey into ur skin and moiturizes so beautifully! my Fave is the Rosewater, but they r all do the same job.

Hand Therapy is awesome – check out the Hand Recovery scrubs too, they makes your hands feel AMAZING after using them. I fell in love with La Source, but have tried Lavender, Summer Hill and am currently on a tube of Rosewater and Glycerin. The shower gels are lovely too!
I also like how they do smaller sample sizes so you can try out a range of fragrances or just mix and match as the mood suits you.

I love their glycerin soaps. I have gotten so lazy with cleanser+moisturizer, if I just use their Rosewater glycerin soap on my face and pat dry, I don’t need moisturizer. <3

I’m also a fan of their lavender soap leaves. I could name a bunch of other stuff, but it’s been discontinued. :(

Cocoa Nutmeg & Cardamom Body Butter!!! Amazing on my dry skin. It is made of shea butter, olive oil, beeswax, grapeseed oil and sweet almond oil. Super moisturizing and there isn’t any harsh chemicals in this cream. Not to mention it smells so good!
There is also a cocoa Nutmeg creamy body wash! very good during the winter when my skin is chapped.

I’ve been using India hick’s ISLAND LIVING body cream for over a year now. And it is absolutely Fabolous. I seen it in Oprah’s Magazine and decided to give it a try, and let me just say ever since my first jar I swear i could never go back to using Department store products. ITs soo moiturizing. Its a “natural” cream made with heaps of island mango oil and avocado butter for deep conditioning.
AND IT HONESTLY SMELLS AMAZING! I like scent so much i even bought the perfume in the fragrance. I give it a 10/10 rating!

I have to agree with u TIFFANY. India Hicks Island living is my personal favorite frangrance in the store. Its just so sweet and not over powering.
I use the Island Living Body polish, it Gently cleanses and exfoliates. and you know how most exfoliants just take off ur dead skin it leaves with a tight and dry feeling? THIS ONE DOESNT! as soon as u wash it off u can feel ur skin feel smoother and silky immediatly after. I LOVE IT.
OH and all the hand therpies ( my personal fave is the Summer Hill) are no brainers. great for winter. leaves ur hands silky smooth and u do not get the awful greasy feeling!
