I’m not sure I think the shoes go with it though I think I would have gone with a lighter shoe both in color and amount of material.

Ciara has a body to die for–seriously. Although I find this dress really interesting I don’t like it on Ciara. The way it breaks up her body makes her look almost chunky and she is not that at all. She’s lean and lithe. I just don’t know if I like that blue smolder/smoke UNDER the eye. It doesn’t matter what age the wearer is, when you smoke out under the eye without doing it on top it appears to pull the eye down. Ages even the most youthful. But that’s just my take on it.
I think the high slit down the thigh takes away from the bodice. She has a beautiful body, but she should’ve stuck with either a simple bodice and the high slit, or the complex bodice and a closed dress. She looks gorgeous in that color!
Beautiful girl, lovely makeup, but I’m not digging those shoes with that dress. A lighter kind of strappy sandal (silver or blue) would be less jarring and pull it together more.

Never wear a tanktop with a table-cloth together. It does not work even if they were several thousands dollars expensive. Great shoes though.
Love her makeup – she looks radiant, but the dress is kinda unflattering and her calf muscle looks massive! There’s a difference between toning and bodybuilding.
