What do you do with your product packaging?

I said other because sometimes I actually throw it away or I recycle and sometimes I save some of the packages and try to find some other uses out of it.
I keep them a while because i can’t just throw them out, but then that’s what i end up doing! It happens every time and makes no sense at all, but i can’t help it! On one hand, there’s no use for it and on the other hand, people have put too much effort into packaging to just be thrown out!
atm im keeping MAC packaging for some reason…i dont know why.
ssame i keep it in a box under my bed but i have learned my lesson no more buying MAC products for packaging im going back to drugstore as i can get most things similar and for fractor of the cost! and save the money for holidays !!!:)
So far I’ve kept pretty much all the packaging for my high end products because I keep thinking that if I change my mind and want to sell them on eBay they’ll probably fetch more with the box, lol. I would also keep the pretty ones anyway, just cause they’re pretty.
I keep all my make-up in their original packaging so they don’t cratch or stain. Square boxes are also easier to store.
In general I throw everything away or recycle it, but for limited edition packaging like Hello Kitty, Heatherette and etc or even a nice product packaging for perfume I keep it or I cut it up and collage it in my sketch book for daily art inspiration.
I also keep all my MAC packaging, and other packaging if it’s pretty- I “break down” the cardboard boxes and store them in a big boot-box…I’m not sure why I do this, but somehow I feel a sense of satisfaction whenever I open that box and see all the neat layers of little boxes…weird, huh?

I keep all of my packaging…I keep my makeup in a cabinet so its easier to store them in their boxes…plus I love MAC special edition packaging so i keep everything…lol Im bad.
I keep’m… Don’t really know why, but I still have all the boxes of my mac stuff, I store my makeup in them… I don’t know why, because I really like how the products look, but yeah, keeping ‘em! ^^
Usually throw it away but not w/bags all the time. I bought some Chanel products at Nordstrom and the SA had a small one. Ive never had one before so I kept it
I keep them just in case I ended swapping them or giving them away, and I also use my mac boxes for back 2 mac.
i thought u could only BTM the actual empty products. i dont think u can BTM just the empty cardboard boxes.
I throw away/recycle the packaging once Ive started using the product. The only time I keep packaging is if it protects the product from getting damaged.
I keep a few packages that are especially cute/pretty, so I picked that – but actually it has to be REALLY cute and pretty for me to keep it forever. The rest of the time I just toss/recycle.
All of the above. Im currently using some MAC packaging to store my brushes in for lack of anything better.

I keep the boxes… I have no idea why. I even re-pack my products most of the times.
It may be related to my subconscious trying to make the sensation of buying something new linger for as long as possible.
i wish it were possible to just leave the packaging in-store…or just not have all that extra cardboard to begin with!!
tell me i’m weird, but i keep every packaging and all of the bags. i never throw them away for no reason. ^^
I only keep boxes if its possible I might need to return/swap/sell them. Or if it protects the item (eg to keep my perfume in boxes to protect them from the light)
I keep some MAC boxes because they’re easier to store the products in my cabinet. I keep prettier packaging once I’m done with the product itself. Otherwise, I recycle most, if not all of the packaging.
I keep them a while in case I want to return it…..after the product passed the likeability test….I throw them away.
I usually throw them away except if they are cute or high end products. Not sure why I do that, hmmm…
I keep Mac Special packaging compacts and replace the insides with other MSF or powder. I B2Mac everything else. I’m a swapper so I rarely run out of items. Good question, though.
I save my MAC packaging and it goes in a box. And if sometimes there are nice packaging, I save them too. Otherwise, I just recycle them.
i keep them all! for some reason i just wont throw them away, i have a million boxes (not really)
I keep the packaging if it’s from a limited edition line or if it’s cute! I’m starting to keep them so I can cut off the top and store all of the products in them. Makes my makeup drawers nice and clean!
If it’s a collection in a “vanity box” I keep the box and store various things in them from buttons to office supplies. All other packaging gets recycled.
