I love the holiday season for getting to wear a scarf and wool jacket with lovely dark lips while Christmas shopping… Or wearing great shimmery done-up eyes or red lips to a party. But I think the cosmetic companies have caught on and are over marketing gimmicky collections now.

Oh, I don’t mind it at all. Why not get into the spirit? Wear some red and green around Xmas time. I’m all for it.

  3. Angi says:

Do you mean colors for a holiday? Like orange/black for Halloween or red/green for Christmas day?

I always love the holiday makeup collections, like Chanell. I am IN LOVE with the new beige eye quad, it is AMAZING

Very cheesy, but definitely fun. I love doing wild make-up all the time though. :)

It’s a pick and choose situation when it comes to holiday makeup.

I love it! It takes the work out of choosing what colors to use.

    xD

I think it’s fine if you look good! Haha so many people have holiday overkill, if you look hot and would wear it at another time of year go for it, if not, maybe leave it?

I love it! I actually came here looking for some halloween ideas in orange and black!

I’m also one of those people who wears green on st patrick’s day, pink or red on valentines day, and I do like to match my make up. I think it’s a fun way to use make up and clothing, as well as to celebrate holidays

i think it depends how far a person goes, you know?

like i do love the christmas-y look. Create a shimmery gold eyeshadow and maybe a red lipstick and your clothes can be like, lets say a white sweater or something. BUT the stuff i find cheesy is like the full blown out sweaters with 3-D santa clause and snowmen poppin outta the sweater XD that’s when i think it gets too far, but overall i do love the theme looks. it gets you in a good mood!
