    I voted for Yes! :D (to a certain degree)

    Reason being that when you’re in a hurry and you don’t know what to wear, a pre-made quad/palettes just speeds things up. But of course, you’ll sacrifice customizability.

      They do! Well sort of. You can buy the individual colours in pan forms and make your own from them… at free-standing stores only though :) Plus they are cheaper this way!

    I voted Yes too, but sometimes it sucks when a palette has only one beautiful shade. Then I just don’t buy because I know I won’t use other shades.

    No…
    some colours from some quads look amazing.. but, i’m not the type to spend loads for just one colour in a quad. i prefer mixing and matching colours on my own

    No…and if there is a quad i do like, i dislike the fact that I can’t take that a shade out and put it in another quad.

    i voted yes because they’re cheaper, you usually get nice packaging with palettes. i think it depends if you already own a lot of e/s. i only have 2 12 pan palettes. some quads like the one from naughty nauticals, i only like satin taupe so the whole thing’s not worth getting for me. palettes and quads are great but i have to love at least 80% of the colors before i’d get it.

    I’m a total sucker for quads, I get a pretty package, good price (usually) and get to try new combinations withought putting too much thought into it. Also good to “grab and go” if you’re in a hurry.

    I voted “No”, but I sometimes like pre-made quads. I referre to the MAC paletts.
    I bought both Smoke Signal Quads, because I didn’t own such colors until then and they had no Lustre finishes, which I absolutely hate.
    When I see other quads (except Smoke Signals), there is always one color or finish I don’t like.
    The green e/s from the fafi 2 quad caught my attention. I wanted this color, but I resisted and bought the “sister” Juxt, which was the best decision.
    So I prefere creating my own quad, with the colors and finishes I like. For example Phloof!, Ricepaper, Paradisco and Woodwink.

    Right now I’m looking foreward to the cult of cherry collection in September. Maybe there is one quad, I have to buy because it is perfect in my eyes.

    I’m not into quads. There’s rarely a time when I love four eyeshadows enough to buy them at one time. What are the odds I’ll love four eyeshadows put together by someone else enough to buy a quad.

    I’ve never been particularly happy with the few premade quads I’ve bought in the past – one I sold, and the other I depanned and ultimately sold two of the four colors. So unless I’m absolutely in love with the colors and I don’t already have any of them (or dupes), I skip quads. I do like the occasional gift palettes, however – I think those generally have a better/wider color selection and are great for travel!

    Sometimes, the premades are awesome just because there’s at least one simple ready made look built in, with no effort on my part!! I didn’t like premades until smoke signals–then, I got both. Lol :]]

    I love premade quads because they are cheaper. Plus sometimes it makes you experiment with the colours a bit! But I do have to like all four colours, so I’ve only bought one so far (the smoke signals) though I did want one from last spring/summer, but couldn’t afford it D: The Balloonacy one? Can’t remember if that’s the right name for the collection.

    My favourite self-made quad is: Paradisco, Ricepaper, Pink VEnus, and Sweet lust! Though now looking back Pink Venus and Sweet Lust are slightly chalky for my taste… I still love it ;D What’s your favourite self-made quad Christine?
