Choose or Lose: Do you keep your beauty purchases in boxes?

Other - I recycle the boxes :)

I only keep the boxes, when they are special like the Fafi lippi box or the box from Benefits Erase Paste.

Other..I keep them in the boxes if they’re LE or really cute (i agree nicole, benefit’s boxes are ALWAYS cute). But I also try and recycle them if I can find another use, I HATE to throw away all that excess packaging they always seem to put makeup in.

I keep extras in boxes, foundations in boxes, and stuff I have yet to open in the box. But even when I’ve opened something, I still keep all my MAC boxes in a drawer.. for some reason. lol

I keep the boxes for a little while and then (unless they are backups) I will throw out the packaging. A part of me wants to keep them in their package but in the morning in the car on my way to work packaging is just one more thing for me to have to open….and lately when you are getting to work by 6:45 the easier to open the better!

I need to start recycling them!

It depends - I normally toss boxes unless: the product packaging is LE, the box shows a color name and the product only shows a number (so I will have both), it is easier to store with the box than without.

I keep the boxes a little while since Dillard’s puts a bar code on them in case of return.

I usually keep the boxes for a short time & then toss them out later.

I kept my Fafi boxes because they’re cute, but I geverally stow away my MAC boxes for when I go B2Ming.
The only things I leave in the box are unopened stuff.

I only keep the boxes when I want a record of the item’s ingredients.

I have a good friend who does this! Personally to me it is unnecissary clutter ;)

but usually i do keep the boxes but after some times, i will throw them away.

If I’m not going to use the product right away then I leave it in the box, other than that I just toss the boxes.

I usually keep the boxes of blushes, LE’s, and eye pencils/mascara’s etc. Not the e/s boxes. I also try to keep the boxes of my lip products, but that’s kind of hard, because they become ugly and parts will come of the box, due too the high usage :D

I voted “ditch the boxes” above but I do recyle them. I recycle everything I can get my hands on! I keep the boxes for about a week just in case of a return. I don’t really know why I do this b/c MAC always takes it back box or no box!

Wayyy too many beauty products: Don’t have the room for unnecessary boxes.
