exfoliation is a must!!!! two times weekly face with my mario badescu almond and honey facial scrub and three times weekly body wit my body shop exfoliation mitts and sum shower gel.
YES! I so agree. But I love the way exfoliation makes me feel, so it's an easy step to do!
I exfoliate my face 2 to 3 times a week (I really can't avoid it!) and body 1 a week.
i have only just recently started scrubbing my face and i am doing it twice a week..i keep meaning to exfoliate my body too but never get around to it..
I exfoliate my face... but not really my body. I know I should, but it takes up so much tiiiiiiime. *whine* I have started using a BHA bodywash, does that count?
lol, it doesn't hurt, at least! I try to incorporate the body exfoliation with my shaving routine, lol.

Your skin definitely looks great, Zainy! Exfoliation is good for your skin, so I am sure even you could see results using a light scrub once a week.
I do, every other day. I just love how soft my skin feels and I got used to that feeling, so I keep it up pretty regularly. I have 3 different scrubs in the shower, for face and body.

My skin freaks out if I don't! D= 2 times a week for me.
This is definitely something I need to improve on!
2-3x a week ...I think that's pretty regular.
