China Glaze Romantique Collection: Passion, Magical, Poetic

Passion
Passion is a antique gold, very lovely — and as you can see in the swatch, very easy to over-apply because of the looseness of the polish formula. You really have to use thin coats and then do two or three for the perfect manicure.
Magical is a taupe-y brown shade. There’s almost a little bit of mauve or pink in it, with a grayish cash. It’s a great subdued shade, something you can wear at the office, too.
Poetic is a muted copper-pink shade with similar application problems as Passion. The shade works really well as something festive but not too bright, like a red.
Since these are just swatches for color, they are far from perfect, but they should help you get the idea of what colors might interest you!

Magical is so sexy yet sophisticated ! Best among the three ! So sad we do not have China Glaze in my country : (
There is no ChG in my country either, but I am waiting for the warm Romantique set anyways, I order polish from head2toebeauty.com or 8ty8beauty.com. The shipping costs a bit, but the polishes are so cheap that it is a bargain anyways
These swatches just make me even more excited about the polishes, I hope they arrive soon
Ohh, thanks for sharing this with us
Aww, that sucks that you don’t have them in your country! Boo!
Quite pretty, but you can really see the brush strokes with the metallic finish.
Yes, sometimes they’re more apparent — if you didn’t rush as I did, they aren’t as likely to appear, though.
Yeah I wish you couldn’t see the brush strokes because the colors are so pretty!
I think if you take your time (which I didn’t), you won’t get as many and/or they’re not as noticeable.
