Charlize Theron’s Oscar hair looked extraordinary this year. Inspired by the pale classic shape of her gown, her longtime hairstylist, Enzo Angileri, created a style that emphasized delicate, enduring beauty.
“To create this look I needed a very smooth texture and lots of natural-looking shine,” explained Angileri. He used new argan oil-infused Moroccanoil Light, made especially for fine and light colored hair, on wet strands before blow-drying to ensure the hair itself looked perfected.
“After that about 50% of my work was done,” he said, “and I had a texture that was workable, healthy-looking and naturally beautiful.”Angileri then created a low, classic bun by rolling hair around clockwise, held in place with several bobby pins, to complete the classic polished look.
He finished the style with a light misting of Moroccanoil Glimmer Shine Spray to give hair an extra touch of red carpet glamour for the cameras. The look was held in place with new Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray for a firm, flexible hold.

I love the dress itself, but not so much love for the extra bit at the back. Maybe in a different fabric the ‘train’ would have looked better…? Or maybe not lol

I like what the dress is going for and the color combo but come on…satin at the Oscars? It’s such a tacky looking fabric.

She is beautiful, and the color of the dress is great, just distracted by the folds/design over the bust. I also wasn’t sure about the tone of the red lip w/the dress.

My favorite of all times! Charlize is always looking gorgeous. The dress is amazing and her makeup it’s so natural. She looks fabulous and I like it. I’ve noticed those cute earrings too.
I *love* this makeup look on here, esp. the simple eye makeup–looks almost child-like (in a good way). The dress though–my first thought was that it looked like s’one was grabbing her boobs…

Charlize Theron is stunning! I think she could probably wear anything and look great, but Im not sure I like the red lip/lilac dress combo
She looks gorgeous…one of my favorite actresses. The makeup is right on but the dress needs to go. The dress if anything should’ve been one solid color…not two.
I don’t love it, neither hate it, just like it. Nice colors, maybe the roses are not the best, but all together there is nothing wrong with that dress.
