Overall I know that there are/were so many people anticipating this collection because of how bright the colors appeared, and I think the majority will not be disappointed. All of the colors are absolutely gorgeous, and I really do like how they’re nont extremely similar to existing shadows. Now, the question of whether or not they’re similar to other existing MAC products is another story! The lipgelees seemed to have more pigmentation than normal, which I liked, because usually they’re far too sheer for me to get into. I’m surprised there was no nude/neutral lip in the collection, but those who missed out on Rocking Chick should check out Pomposity and/or Vivacious. The lipsticks were not that different from past launchces, but the collection has a good mix of hues.

What I purchased: Bang On Blue, Big T, Eyepopping, Fab & Flashy, Goin’ Bananas, Romping, and Wondergrass eyeshadows; Lil’ Sizzler lip gelee; and Overrich and Pomposity lipsticks.

MAC is doing it to us again! They’re releasing far too many gorgeous colors in such a short time. Just when we think we’ll be able to recover from our C-shock hauls… information is leaked that the PRO line is set to receive several new colors to the existing line. These are supposedly PERMANENT, which is mostly good news!

This information was compiled from Livejournal’s MAC Cosmetics community from the user stephiebun. You can find her swatches of the upcoming colors at the link, too! The new adds to the permanent PRO line include eyeshadows, blushes, and lipsticks.

This is rumored to launch June 21st. You can purchase these at PRO stores only. Visit macpro.com to locate the nearest PRO store to you, or you can call in an order for US orders at 1-800-866-6464 and for Canadian orders at 1-800-387-6707 ext. 8555. You can also call any PRO store and order from them, as well.

TENDERTONES– Detailed reviews of individual products as well as swatches are behind the more link!

Overall I wasn’t overly impressed by the Tendertones. They are sure lovely in their little glass pots (oh, and a tad heavy!), but I prefer my lip products in tubes, sticks, etc. because it is easier to grab and go with those. I’d rather not dip my finger into a product if I can help it, and let’s face it, I’m not the type of girl that is going to remember to carry a lip brush with her. Despite looking fairly pigmented on my hand, please take heed that I did swipe a good amount of product to get it that way. I put on Take A Hint on my lips, and I’m not exactly sure that it’s even on – it’s that sheer. They are very soft on the lips without being sticky, and they still give off a high gloss shimmer. Despite being soft, though, if you attempt to build up the color, you’ll end up with a very thick layer of the stuff, which is not nearly as delicious as the raspberry smell.

What I purchased: Take A Hint tendertone.
