332 is a deep navy blue with a hint of indigo and a matte finish. I detected the faintest bit of blue micro-shimmer.
336 is a cornflower blue with a matte finish. I found it a smidgen on the sheer side, but it seems like it is buildable. It’s a bit like MAC’s Winkle.
322 is a bright, medium cyan blue with a matte finish.
371 is a bright cyan blue with a matte finish–it is just slightly lighter than #322.
367 is a pale, whitened sky blue with a matte finish. This was a little sheer and blended out too quickly (and ended up looking sheer).
388 is a vibrant, dark blue-purple with a matte finish. It seems comparable to MAC’s Atlantic Blue.
369 is a soft, paled periwinkle blue with a matte finish. Like #336, it was a touch sheer.
These are really soft mattes; they have a really buttery feel to them, where you can feel the powder loosening as you swatch. They aren’t particularly powdery, though they’ll kick up a little dust if you are heavy handed with your brush. A little product goes a long way, so there’s no reason to jab at the eyeshadow with a brush (something you might have done with past matte eyeshadows). The softness and give allow these to apply smoothly and evenly; there is no patchiness or drag with these. The only downside to these is if you really pack on the color, you might find that it fades (ever-so-marginally) after eight hours; it’s a very minimal drawback, resulting in 0.5 point reduction in longevity.
#367 was the one I had the most trouble with; I think the lightness alone emphasizes any shortcomings it has–it’s a little sheer, slightly powdery, and the end result is something patchy. #336 and #369 were more buildable in color but still had some noticeable sheerness.

385 is a subtly, cool-toned, medium-dark green with a matte finish.
372 is a medium-dark, blue-teal with a matte finish.
345 is a pale aqua blue with a matte finish. It was a touch sheer.
340 is a deep, dark blackened teal with a matte finish (but I swear, there were very tiny particles of micro-shimmer throughout — I swatched all of Inglot’s mattes first, so there was no residual shimmer from previous swatches).
338 is a darkened cornflower blue with a matte finish.
389 is a blackened blue with a hint of purple with a matte finish. This shade was a little sheer and harder to work with.
321 is a dark, purple-blue with a matte finish. Like #340, it seems like it has a little bit of micro-shimmer.

Our look at Inglot’s Matte Eyeshadows ($4.50 to $7.00 each for 0.09 oz.) moves to some of their yellows and greens. (I did show #323 yesterday, but it fits better with this post.) I’m hoping to get through the rest of the matte eyeshadows I have before next weekend, because I know several readers will be heading to IMATS in Pasadena, so I hope this will be helpful.

I had a little trouble with #343, because the texture seemed drier and rather powdery, so it didn’t hold together as well and ended up having a more uneven finish than the other shades.

Inglot’s Matte Eyeshadows ($4.50 to $7.00 each for 0.09 oz.) range has a fair amount of peaches/beiges (they seem to have more peach than beige) — plus a bright yellow to cheer the whole group up, since it sits in the last slot of this palette.
328 is a soft, peach beige with a matte finish.
353 is a soft, warmed-up, ultra light peach-beige. with a matte finish
355 is a soft beige with a hint of peach and a matte finish. This is so close to #353, it’s hard to tell them apart.
351 is an ivory with a matte finish.

I did find that #323 was the “worst” of the bunch; it did have some payoff issues, where it applied unevenly and seemed to disappear was I blended it out. #353 and 355 are really similar, as well, and I don’t think one would need both; #353 is just a little warmer.
#323 brings down the overall scores for each metric, just because it isn't consistent with the formula--a little patchy, not as pigmented, and sheers out easily.

Inglot Matte Eyeshadows in #366, 361, 352, 368, 330 (Oranges)
Inglot’s Matte Eyeshadows ($4.50 to $7.00 each for 0.09 oz.) have several orange-based shades–unfortunately, I am missing two of them. Of the two missing, they seem like darker oranges.
366 is a medium-dark red with orange undertones and a matte finish. It seems most comparable to Make Up For Ever’s #99 but slightly more orange-based.
361 is a coral-orange with a matte finish. It’s lighter and less pink-based compared to MAC’s Free to Be.
352 is a pale white tinged with coral and a matte finish.
368 is a soft orange with a matte finish.
330 is a lightened peach with a matte finish.

Inglot’s Matte Eyeshadows ($4.50 to $7.00 each for 0.09 oz.) are what they’re most well-known for, given the buzz I’ve seen in the past. I’m missing a few that I expect will be in this range (specifically, one pink and two oranges), so I left blank spots for them that way I do not have to rearrange everything when I eventually buy them.
382 is a medium-dark blue-based red with a matte finish. This shade seems comparable to Make Up For Ever #158 (slightly brighter) and #99 (bluer undertones).
362 is a bright, just-darker-than bubblegum pink with a matte finish.
319 is a pale cotton candy pink with blue undertones and a matte finish.
359 is a muted rosy beige with a matte finish.
356 is a lightened rose-tinted beige with a matte finish.
